The hosts were pleasant and communicative. When I arrived, the place was clean and stocked with all the essentials (towels, soap paper towels, etc.). Check-in and check-out were super easy. I had never been to Cedar Falls before, and this place was in walking distance of a beautiful main street, good restaurants, and a nice riverwalk area. I would add (as a comment, not critique) that this property is a better fit for folks in my situation - travelers who are just looking for a place to clean up, unwind after a long day of exploring, and sleep. It's not The Ritz-Carlton, so if you're picky about some small holes in the wall, a shower drain that's kind of slow, or some slightly-thinner walls, than you might be better off elsewhere. For me, however, this was great and met my needs.

The area is perfect, right next to Tacos California, and 1 block away from a bunch of bars, I highly recommend Tap Tap, an arcade bar, also next to the river with a sidewalk so you can go sight seeing

My partner and I stayed here once before in a different unit and had a great experience, so we decided to come back! The place was very clean and comfortable, the hosts are great, and the location can't be beat. We look forward to staying here again!

This was the 2nd time staying at the Lindell and this room (524) was way more updated than the last one. There were some unfinished projects going on, like the bathroom sink area (backsplash on right side was not secure-same as kitchen sink) and the bathroom door was hard to shut and open. Thinking it had to do with the hinges being put on upside down. There’s no fan in the bathroom yet, so it felt like a sauna after showering. There’s also nowhere to hang clothes or hang a towel on. Again, we think it’s still a work in progress, BUT the bed was super comfortable and we loved the kitchenette!! The Lindell is within walking distance to downtown Cedar Falls and we will definitely stay there again!!
