Marion is just outside of Cedar Rapids, a great location for any area events. Spacious, open two bedroom apartment in a 4plex. You'll be so comfortable in this lower level two bedroom. Large windows in each room allow for great natural lighting. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, one with a desk set up for convenience. Kitchen includes full size stove, fridge and dishwasher. Window/wall air conditioning, but it cools the unit quite well. Fans provided for your convenience.

Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Just one block from NewBo Market in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, this sparkling clean, cozy and eclectic space is the upper apartment of an 1890s era home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once slated for demolition, the Heart House was fully restored (in a way that charms everyone) to include a first floor shop and a second floor apartment. Guests especially love the clawfoot tub with rainfall showerhead.
