Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Çekmeköy

Newer apartment and building close to Taksim Square. It's a ~ 10 minute walk up the hill to the square and multiple transit options; which makes it easy to get around the city. It's also close to the popular İstiklal pedestrian street. If you take a right turn out of the apartment and then your first left there is an easy pedestrian cross-walk to get you over to Istiklal without having to go up hill to Taksim first. The Havabüs airport bus (Taksim stop) is less than 15 minutes away and provides an affordable and efficient option to get back to the airport. We enjoyed the apartment and using it as our base to explore this part of Istanbul.

We had a very nice time in the apartment. The apartment was very nice. Ilker was very helpful and kind. Can absolutely recommend this place.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Each morning we left this very comfortable apartment to easily reach and explore all the jewels of Istanbul. In the evening we would return to our Beyoğlu area to enjoy a meal and drinks with so many restaurants and bars to choose from. The view was great from our balcony and we felt totally safe everywhere we went day or night. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed . Bilge was the perfect host .

I would like to thank Mr. Erdem for his interest. He helped me in a very polite and fast manner. We had no problems with the house or the business. Although we only stayed for one day, they responded to our extra needs immediately. The house was impeccably clean. Everything was hygienic. The air conditioners were working smoothly. The apartment was really attentive as if they were sitting there 24/7. Thank you very much. If I happen to be in Istanbul again, it is the only place I will go without hesitation.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Exactly like the photos. We had to book last minute as our reserved accommodation let us down and Edis was so helpful and responsive! It was a huge relief to find somewhere so comfortable. Lovely to come back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. I would definitely come back. Dilek was so kind to us. The place feels like home in Istanbul. It was the perfect location for us.

This is the right place if you are looking for peace and quiet. We spent two nights here and loved everything from clean bathroom to the kitchen with coffee and useful utensils. We had an issue with WiFi, but Ali was helpful and the problem was solved really quickly. Thank you!

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

I stayed in so many places, now the only place I will stay is obvious. It was incredibly beautiful. The host's beautiful face and smooth answers were incredible. It was a quiet and beautiful place, close to everywhere. We got around easily. The house was hygienic. If I talk about it again, you can be sure that it is my only address now. I recommend it to everyone...

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
