The house was absolutely beautiful and matched the photos perfectly. The host was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. It’s definitely one of the best places to stay especially for families with kids. I really appreciated that the trash was picked up daily. I would definitely book again for future.

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our little one and was quiet, clean, comfortable, safe. We would stay here again.

We stayed on vacation to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and had an absolute blast. We relaxed at the house about three days and the rest of the time we had some pretty fun things planned. The house itself was amazing and had everything you would possibly need. Its was really well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and cups. We really enjoyed the pool and game garage. The pool was also very well stocked with pool noodles and swim rings. Along with the garage having plenty of games and the board games too. The house was centrally located in a nice quiet neighborhood with everything you would need and more pretty close by. Pam was also very friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. Her communication was amazing. She went above and beyond for us and that truly meant a lot. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed so much our stay at this place, the house was super clean, it had everything we needed and more, we loved every beautiful detail and decor on each part of the house. the host was very responsive, our dogs enjoyed the fully fenced backyard running all around and my daughters had so much fun at the pool, We will absolutely return again on our next visit to Orlando.

Everything was absolutely perfect and exactly as described! The space was perfect for our group, well stocked kitchen, many extras in the house (toys for kids, games, game room, gas grill, pool toys, etc) and the private pool/spa was great. Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations. The amenities at the resort were equally as nice. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in the area.

We had a great time! Peaceful, gated community, quiet neighbourhood, lots of space, it was perfect. There were some construction work nearby, but if you put your music a little bit louder, you barely notice it.

A Magical Disney Getaway – 10/10! We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Disney-themed Airbnb! The home was beautifully immersive. Every room had a special touch of Disney magic that delighted both the kids and the adults. The themed bedrooms were a huge hit with the little ones, and the attention to detail really made it feel like part of the Disney experience. The location was perfect! Super close to all the Disney parks and everything else we wanted to do during our trip. The community was peaceful, private, and very well-kept, which gave us the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation. One of the biggest highlights was the arcade. It was so much fun for everyone, from the kids to the grown-ups. We spent hours in there enjoying all the games! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 10/10, highly recommend. We’re already planning to come back for our next Disney trip!

Highly recommend Melissa's place. It was spacious, super clean, and cozy. Beds were comfy and the AC worked really well (my biggest complaint about Orlando AirBnBs). The house was very well stocked. The pool was big and we really liked that they had swim floaties for kids available to use. Super close to the Disney parks. Around 15-20 min drive from driveway to parks. Neighborhood ft very safe. We come to Orlando frequently and would definitely look to stay here again!

We had such a wonderful big family vacation! We brought my parents, all our kids, wives and grandkids. 13 in total! All of the kids had a wonderful time! We went to Universal Studios one day and a beach day on another, other than that, it was spent in the house. Kevin was always responsive to my messages, had a couple questions about the pool and such. We also just had a few communications for him about a banister spindle being broken and none of the bedroom doors locking. He was responsive and said they’d be looked into promptly. This did not really affect us other than nighttime. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Mike / Mikayla were great hosts ! We absolutely loved the place it was just as it looked in the photos and more. So much space and it was absolutely perfect. Anything that was wrong Mikayla went out of her way to be responsive and notate. The pool was everything we expected and we absolutely loved the place. My only regret is not staying longer. If they will welcome us back we will definitely rebook. If I had to make any complaints I will say there wasn’t a high chair as listed but instead was a playpen at the place. Nothing we couldn’t work with though, really loved the place. Hoping to be back asap.

This house was exactly as pictured and the location is perfect. We loved it so much, we wish we added a few days on just to enjoy the house. Jen is so quick to respond with any questions you have. Do yourself a favor and plan days to just enjoy the game room and pool area and check out the resort. We had a blast and can’t wait to return.

Ryan was a great host. His instructions were very helpful. The house was warm and inviting. The kids had a great time in the game room, pool and even the Star Wars bedroom. We would definitely return.

This was the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean and it actually felt like a home away from home. The home is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. I would definitely recommend! Me and my family enjoyed our vacation in this home! The host was very very helpful and responsive and answered any questions we had! The house was very spacious clean and organized. Will be booking again!

The interior decor is amazing. We had a girls trip and the space was perfect. Debra was incredibly detailed and responsive with any questions. One thing to note, we used ride-shares (Uber/Lyft), some of the drivers got confused regarding the gates, despite giving them detailed instructions so I recommend budgeting extra time if you are using those and have a reservation that you need to get to. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved everything about this stay. Our only complaint was the hot tube doesn’t get hot. It literally was the same temp as the pool. In the owners defense I reserved heating the hot tube late. It supposed to be done 48 hours prior to check in. Not sure if that made a difference. But to pay extra for a heated hot tube and it not heat up was disappointing. Overall the house was great.

We had an awesome stay at Jc’s place! The house was exactly as pictured and even better in person. The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our large group. Most of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which was a big plus. The kids loved all the electronics, and we all spent tons of time enjoying the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful great for relaxing. Traffic was a little heavy at times, but we expected that and actually liked being outside the busy part of Orlando. Jc was super responsive and helpful the whole time. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Our party of 10 had a super great time here. The space was very accommodating for this size party. The house pool and hot tub was very nice after a day at the parks. We spent an entire day at one of the clubhouses enjoying the lazy river and the poolside bar and restaurant. Great fun for adultz and small children.

The home decor was a perfect mix of modern glam and Disney magic! This home is a MUST when planning to visit Disney World! With it only being a couple exits away, we loved having the Disney feel and the privacy of the entire home to ourselves! Nida was super attentive and available throughout our entire stay. Our group ranged in ages from 2-40+ and everyone had a great time staying here! The private pool and spa were perfect for our days off from the parks! The home offered so much entertainment whether indoor or outdoor and had everything our large group needed! What a wonderful home and host, truly!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balmoral Manor. The communication was excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The property featured beautiful theme decorations and was very well-stocked, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We had a memorable and joyful stay!
