Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Celorico da Beira

It was a well-spent weekend. The idea of them cooking for us is spectacular.

He was an excellent host, very friendly, the house was very clean and I recommend it for a few days of rest close to nature and animals.

Whatever criteria is involved in the "Superhost" badge, Ana and Teresa surely deserve it. We never felt so welcome. Teresa greeted us warmly with local delicacies and was easily reachable and very fast to respond while respectful of our privacy. In addition to being very comfortable, the house is so spotless, well equipped and organized, it left us impressed. We were provided with ample complimentary kitchen and bathroom supplies like shampoo, soaps, coffee etc The patio and pool-side seating areas are lovely to spend time enjoying the sun or fresh air under a parasol. The kitchen is a dream. Between the appliances, utensils and dinnerware and the gas stove, you won't want to go back to your kitchen. We made good use of the AC and fans in the unseasonably warm weather when we were not in the pool, which was cleaned every day and so warm from being exposed to the sun all day. We are eager to come back and enjoy the clear skies above Casa da Regadinha and Ana and Teresa's hospitality.

First of all extol the space, extraordinary and spacious beds. According to the sympathetic and attentive form of the owner really was the touch of excellence. Thanks for everything!

We hat a wonderful time at Susanas house. We stayed with 6 persons for one week. The house and especially the kitchen was well equipped and was located in a nice, small and very quiet village. The local people were very kind and helped us to find the house. The area is special - as you can have nice walks in the Sierra Estrella or enjoy swimming in the nearby river in the Praia Fluvial Vale do Mondego. Within 10mins car drive you have shopping opportunities in Celorico de Beira. Communication with Susana was always super easy, nice, and helpful. We enjoyed the stay and can definitely recommend the house and area, best wishes Marc

It is a collection of small houses that share the bbq area, pool (which is a shallow pool perfect for floating on a lilo and very refreshing in the summer) and the multiple seating areas, which are beautifully decorated. It is in the middle of nowhere, which is exactly what we wanted, with lovely views. Supermarket 15 minutes away, cafe with take away options for their pastries etc 10 minutes away, and some nearby rivers with "beaches" aren't too far either. Make sure to check out the host's restaurant too! We had the most wonderful meal there.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable house, well located. It allows a quiet stay in a friendly and well-kept village, a starting point for the Mondego walkways and other walks in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park.

The photos don't do justice to the beauty and area of the house! Very nice space, with several leisure areas, interior patios, tastefully decorated! The area where the pool is located (500 meters from the accommodation, in a very nice park) is huge, with trampolines, swings, hammocks and dining tables. Juncais' location is perfect for trips to other locations in the Serra. We loved it!

Ideal place to replenish your energy. The pool area is great for relaxing. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. D. Teresa is very friendly and always available to help. I recommend it.

Our stay was 5 stars. Carmo was always available for whatever we needed, even after check-out. it's a 5-star host too! The house exceeded our expectations, it is excellent to receive a large group like ours, very comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. We wanted to come back!

This is a modernised and well-equipped home near Penhas Douradas at the northern end of the Serra d'Estrela. My stay was in mid March, and the heating, a mix of electric radiators and a pellet stove, was more than enough to keep the whole house warm. The kitchen equipment includes an air fryer, microwave, induction hob, and coffee maker. You park your car outside the front door. About a kilometre from the house is the start of a popular walk along the Serra's main ridge that takes you to the 1993m summit at Torre. Just along the road from this property is a fairly expensive 4-star hotel. I'd say that Aldina's place represents better value than the hotel, and you can always go to the hotel restaurant to eat if you don't fancy cooking at home. Thanks to Aldina and her translator friend for welcoming me into the property. This is a stay I'd happily do again.

Beautiful and cozy mto accommodation, could have more towels for when one was wet to use another.

It was a fantastic stay, in a different space but very cozy and perfect to escape the city. The home was beautiful and so was all the common spaces. The great pool and perfect for relaxing in privacy and in the middle of nature. Thank you ☺️

We loved Eliza’s beautiful house with its white walls contrasting beautifully with the dark wood. The art deco (I think?) furniture is so well chosen. The location is perfect- a bakery opposite, fruit and veg behind, great places to eat minutes away on foot. We loved the cafe by the stream and the restaurant with the amazing views over the valley. We did a lovely walk around Poios Brancos and then drove up to Torre. What views! Also saw booted eagles which was a plus! The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms spotless and the upstairs dining room a lovely place to eat and play games. Highly recommended in every respect.

The only aspect that you can limit for longer stays and needs more luggage: there is no private parking and the street of the house is in a “historic” area, difficult to circulate cars. But the area is very beautiful, picturesque, and all the other great features of the house and hostess far outweigh this fact.

Tânia is very friendly and accessible, the surrounding space is inspiring and the house cozy, I recommend it to everyone who wants a few days of peace and nature.

We enjoyed a few days in this peaceful mountain town. The space is perfect and all we needed. The town is great for hikers or those looking for a quiet getaway. We will be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The house is extremely comfortable and perfect for a group of friends. We took full advantage of the pool, barbecue and dining room. It is a house with beautiful and peaceful decor, ideal for relaxing and enjoying good times together. It allowed us to get out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and have a good rest. We highly recommend it and will certainly come back!

Extremely calm site, with total privacy and all the comfort necessary for a quiet and relaxing weekend. The house is equipped with all the amenities and the terrace, with jacuzzi at the ideal temperature, provides a breathtaking view. The owner was always very accessible and attentive, giving helpful suggestions on places to visit and where to eat nearby. Access is easy and there is a supermarket nearby that offers home delivery service, which has made the stay even more practical and comfortable. An experience we recommend!

Old house but very welcoming! I had all the necessary utensils in a house.

Very comfortable house, bigger than it looks in the photos. Extremely clean. D. Madalena is an excellent host, who does the check-in/out in person and even brought us more firewood. The garden is cute, but it's not fully fenced. It has air-conditioning in all rooms.
