The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

Wabi Sabi Home is a recently renovated loft in a 16th-century complex. Surrounded by greenery, it is a stone's throw from the Garlenda Golf Course and a few km from beaches such as Alassio and Laigueglia or the precious old town of Albenga, also close to climbing or trekking sites, such as Finale and Colletta di Castelbianco. Suitable for a couple or family with 1-2 other members (preferably 1 adult or 1-2 children) who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Please note that the apartment is accessible through historic stairs and there is no elevator in the building.
