We had a wonderful time here! It was very peaceful and relaxing. A wonderful view from our room and access to the pool and beach. It is an easy walk into town for breakfast lunch or dinner and of course ice cream for dessert! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice place, quiet and peaceful. Easy to find and flexible. The neighborhood is great for walking/golf carting or a little morning jog. The common pool is nice, large & very quiet. I recommend it!

We loved our 2 week stay at Amelias 1 bedroom unit & have already booked a longer stay for next year! Amelia reached out proactively several times during our stay. The unit is clean, spacious, well equipped, & very centrally located. Anita is on site most days cleaning & looking after the place. She’s quick to provide anything you need & takes great care of the place. The coffee from the little cafe across from the unit is great. Try the vegetable/fruit market in the centre of town (beside the umbrellas) on Weds & Sats. We had several meals at Don Cafeto & were never disappointed - it’s on the other side of the marina so a lot quieter. The OXXO convenience store has some staple items & is well priced. For longer stays the Super Chedraul is it about a 25 min walk or short cab ride - its like a Walmart. Theres a proper pharmacy beside it. The ones in PA sell mainly souvenirs & cheap booze. We used Saily e-sim cards with no issues in town. Thank you again Amelia!

Casa Del Soleil with amazing marina view

We stayed in a well designed ground floor apartment with 3 rooms/ 3 baths. Big living room, dining table and the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. There is a shared pool just outside a sliding door, with an outdoors table and a couple chaisse longue at your disposal. We cooked most of our meals and ate outside overlooking the pier watching the yachts pass along. The rooms were quiet with big bathrooms, , a desk and a chair, but the beds were not that comfortable. The apartment is situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and the dolphin area where all the restaurants are located. Also walking distance from 2 minimarkets, a greengrocer's and a butcher's. Puerto Aventuras is a very safe walkable gated community for tourists, with beautiful nature and a delightful beach area, even though when we visited the hotel/beach resort was having renovations so the beach looked empty.

What a terrific way to ring in the New Year! The photos are spot on, and house was very well appointed and comfortable. But it's the outside amenities and views that make this house so outstanding! Endless spaces to read in the sunshine or enjoy a cocktail while watching a parade of gorgeous boats go by. Hector and his team were super responsive, connecting us with a personal chef (a real treat), golf cart for the teens (a nice luxury), local taxis (check out Ecopark Kantun Chi) and even a convenient immediate care after an unfortunate run-in with a sea urchin (healed nicely). It was our first visit to Puerto Aventuras and it couldn't have been better - great local restaurants, pleasant beaches and a stunning 'home away from home' that's almost too nice to leave. Brand new waterfront 4 BDRM villa

Just book it! The home is absolutely stunning. Better than the pics! Mary and Sara were angels on earth during our stay. They took care of everything we needed, and it felt really good having some1 close by for any questions that we had. Their service was out of this world, and the food was delicious and consistent. They cleaned up and made our beds daily. Top tier service- I wish I could have brought them back home with me lol. The neighborhood, Puerto Aventuras, is a bit tricky to navigate. We had some drivers find us with no problem and some who got absolutely lost. You 100% need transportation to get anywhere. A golf cart to get around inside the community and a dedicated driver to get anywhere else. I found the location to be kind of perfect because we got to experience Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, and Cancun. I would return any day! Thanks so much for a fantastic 30th birthday.
