BeachFront-Seaview-Puerto Aventuras 3-bedroom

Ana is awesome! The condo is absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. The instructions were to turn off all air conditioners before you leave the house. We were so afraid the house was going to be an oven but it was not. We closed the drapes and turned off all the units and the house actually stayed very cool and it was 95 degrees outside. The other beautiful thing is that Ana has a serious filtration system on the drinking water fountain at the sink. We hate plastic bottles so it was nice to fill up our reusable bottles for every outing with fresh clean water.

Jungle 2-Story Loft w/ Private Pool & 86-inch TV

MohammedRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Staying at this Airbnb was the right decision. The place is incredibly beautiful, as i have never seen such a uniquely built compound. The hosts are the best when it comes to communication, since they always replied less than half an hour from any message i sent them. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Just take into account that the road to the compound is very bad and bumpy and that there are a lot of bugs outdoors since you are in the jungle.

Toh Ha Spa Pristine Unique Stay w/ Private Cenote

David T.Rating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

*Villa Muluk - Walk to the Beach*

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Huge thanks to Charlotte and team for making our trip so special and seamless!

We would give Luis and his Casa Madera 10 stars, if we could. We had a wonderful stay, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos (and surprisingly big in reality). Every detail is thought through and perfect. Luis is a great, great host, so nice and helpful and warm and hospitable. Perfect all around, we‘d come back anytime!

Award Winning Private Cenote Villa 10min to Beach

LauraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were a group of six three couples, all in our 60’s. We loved the house, it is so quiet and peaceful, after long hot sweaty, sandy days a peaceful and cool house was AWESOME…every ac worked GREA!!!! Simone, was AMAZING!!! He recommended restaurants, photographers, and anything we needed..THANKS SIMONE.. I got the pin to the location of the house when we were already on the plane, it didn’t download so we had a very difficult time finding the house….we were lost for about 2 hours… ended up in pretty dangerous roads…it was scary, but it was not Simone’s fault that the pin did not open correctly. MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THE HOUSE IN A PLACE WITH GOOD RECEPTION…. After seeing the difficulty time we had he was so kind to send us two of his employees to find us and direct us.. Everything was forgotten after a wonderful restful night… Simone even spoke to Chula…and she came and had a banana with us.

Luxury Condo with Internet - Wandering Roots

LukeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)
