House holiday rentals in Cenote Yal-ku

We had a great stay. Accommodation is well located to explore Tulum and also the inland. The room was clean and, despite the construction site (May 2025 - but this was already communicated in the listing), pleasant and not too loud. I didn't find the entrance to the site right away, but it's described correctly. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor pool is accessible to everyone

Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful to us throughout our visit. She helped with planning activities and transportation and also responded very quickly to our queries and concerns. It took us some time to get used to the bedroom ACs shutting off if the doors were left open but that was quickly resolved. Aside from that, the place itself was beautiful and clean. Paula was a fantastic host. The location itself is not bad but you need to drive to the beach area or town.

This was our first trip to Tulum and with our 3 kids. This location was excellent for a pop off point and reset space to get out of the heat and the bustle to hang in the pool with the kids. Rooms and amenities were excellent, side note and it may be in the description: the two upper bedrooms open to the outside ie. so the kids room opened to a halway that was essentially outside and the steps to downstairs are outside. Was fine for us but gave me a moment of 'oh' but everyone did great with the set up. Our 17 year old son got the suite in the casita and felt like a baddie. The living space is comfortable, you have literally everything you need and the AC blows COLD and wonderfully. We loved this spot. Thanks for hosting.

The villa looks exactly as pictured. The host was quick to respond and security is always available and extremely nice. They connected us to their own taxi company which made us feel very safe getting around the city. We took advantage of booking transportation and a private chef through the villa which was clear, easy and exactly on time! Would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and very quiet, much nicer than the pictures!! By the location we recommend to take or rent a vehicle on the island, it is also very close to a taxi site and avenue with mototaxis passing all the time. We loved the stay here and get to know the island.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, well furnished, luxury stay nestled in the jungle. We felt extremely safe with the gated area and the best convenience was having plenty of cafes one minute walking distance away! The main trendy strip is a ten minute drive. Excellent communication throughout, truly an amazing and comfortable stay!

This might be the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It is even better than the pictures would have you think. Hosts were fantastic and helped schedule taxis and other activities for us for fair prices. The neighborhood is very safe, walkable day or night, and has great food.

Just WOW! Once you get here you’ll never want to leave. Located down a private road central to north and south Tulum! Very very safe and secure, with friendly security guards that honestly didn’t even feel necessary. The home! Just wow, beautiful, sexy and streamlined home that has every thing and more. Every bedroom has a beautiful on suite bathroom. Hot tub located on the roof with 360 degree views. Plunge pool with outdoor cook area and the most tranquil space to chill and visit. Beds are comfortable, honestly we couldn’t pick a favorite room. Perfect place for family or couples trip.

We hosted an approved event, and the space was more than accommodating — everyone had room to relax and enjoy. We really loved our stay at Paco’s place! The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient—everything was close by, and the neighborhood felt really safe and welcoming. Honestly, we felt right at home the whole time. Paco was a great host too. Would def stay here again

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

Eleonora has been a great host and her Airbnb perfectly fits the description. She has been very helpful when we needed recommendations. The place is very quiet and safe, especialy for parking in the street. The pool is nice and the water is fresh, which we enjoyed during hot sunny days. The pool comes with jets, hence it being called a jacuzzi I guess, so just know the water is fresh :) Overall, I definitely recommend !!

I’ve been to Tulum 4 times, stayed in different airbnb’s and hotels, but this by far has been the best place I’ve stayed. Location is private, no excessive construction noise, and BEAUTIFUL! I will definitely be booking again.

Omg!! This place was sooo beautiful!! The pictures are gorgeous but it does not prepare you for what it looks like in person. On top of it being so gorgeous, the hosts are beyond helpful and responsive. They responded literally within minutes. They recommend great places and also recommended us a driver during our stay that was able to pick up 11 of us in one vehicle. Driver picked us up and dropped us off at all times of day. Such a great combination and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would love to come back.

Casa Cangrejo is a beautiful villa in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of many restaurants and a 20 minute drive from the beach. We appreciated the garden and pool, and the plentiful, cold water from the fridge. There’s lot of space to spread out and the villa was clean. We experienced some power and WiFi outages, and the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as we were told. The curtains in the bedrooms need to be improved and added to, so that it doesn’t let in so much light in the morning. Overall, would recommend this villa.

What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

Great stay! Celine and her team were very fast to respond and is so attentive and accommodating. We needed some band aids/gauze and her team brought over band aids in the middle of the night when we needed. During our stay, the upstairs pool did not work and Celine was great at communicating that to our group. Overall, great stay! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place!

I can’t say enough! The house was beautiful,clean and full of life! The windows were amazing and a really cool design. All over the house you can find beautiful decorations and really great speakers to use for a great evening at home or a day at one of the two pools! I felt bad asking them for so many suggestions but the hosts never failed and always came through very quickly. They helped with scooter/atv rentals and recommendations for everything else. Our bus left a little late on check out and the hosts never failed made it so easy with a little extra time and an offer to hold our things. One of my favorite Airbnb’s and definitely my favorite in Tulum! Has a 7-11 next door and while it’s a little further out from centro, it was not a bad walk with comfortable shoes. Thank you again!

Exceeded our expectations - casa piedra is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous inside and out. All rooms are large - it was hard to pick a favorite! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. AC worked like a charm. Over and above concierge service - helped us with recommendations, reservations, groceries, and a million questions. The whole team was super responsive and patient. We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!
