I've stayed in places throughout the neighborhood and this one stands out. It's perfect for 1 person or a couple. Liza and Martin are lovely, the space is clean and well designed, and it's on a quiet corner of a quiet neighborhood in the city. Being able to play my music from the home's sound system was a huge additional plus. And, the private patio is larger than the interior space! (If only it hadn't rained all week!) Would absolutely stay here again.

Book this PLACE, ASAP! I was staying Sheraton and another place. Loved this place. Very clean. Fast working AC. Generous host. I enjoyed this place as much as the Sheraton

We had an excellent time at the house. Beds are comfy, kitchen and baths are well equipped and the livingroom/patio very inviting to spend time, especially when it gets so hot during the day. Communication with Lynn was easy and direct. Especially when we there was a problem with the hot water on a Shabbat she was extremely helpful coordinating with Shimon who knows what he’s doing but unfortunately doesn’t speak English. They fixed everything within 24h and also made a late checkout possible, which is always appreciated, especially when you have a late flight and want to squeeze in that last trip to the beach. The area is very nice, residential and relatively quiet. Next door is a kindergarden, so you have some life around you and don’t feel like it’s too isolated. Supermarkets etc easy to reach. The promenade to the beach is 5min away by car, walking takes a little longer but takes you through a nice neighbourhood. Wholeheartedly recommend to stay here!

Great modern home, with a wonderful outside area that is a little oasis with a very nice pool and palm trees. Very peaceful location. I will come back.

The pictures matched the description precisely. The host was very responsive and the pool was clean, prepped and kept the kids busy for days.

This apartment is the gold standard of apartments. More like a 5 (6?) star hotel. Beautiful. Modern. Great location. Amazing 360 view of Tel Aviv due to wrap around terrace, where saw sun-rise and sun-sets. Asaf was unbelievably responsive. Can’t imagine a better AirBnB in Tel Aviv. Once you move in, you will not want to move out. Walking distance to everything in Tel Aviv.

The apartment is very pleasant, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed staying there. It is in a particularly central location. Communication with David was very fast and friendly. Make sure we have everything and nothing is missing.

Michael was a very responsive host. There was an issue with the door/lock when we checked in and he came by immediately to assess the issue and subsequently sent a locksmith over to fix the issue. The apartment is in an incredible neighborhood, walkable to multiple beaches and near tons of cute restaurants, cafes and bars. It was especially nice to have a private outdoor space. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and will definitely book again next time we are in town!

This apartment is in a location where many luxury hotels are so it is a perfect spot to be with your children. We are just a few minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants. What became especially important during the Iran missile strikes is the mamad in the apartment, which is also a bedroom. My children and I were able to sleep in it during the attacks. Host was very responsive and it was extremely easy to check-in.

Jonathan and Daniel were great hosts. The apartment is big and lovely. The location is priceless 2 min from the beach. We had a great stay!

Amazing place, location and host!

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and literally steps away from the vibrant Shuk HaCarmel. The moment you step out of the apartment, you’re in the heart of all the action, surrounded by amazing food, shops, and local culture. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and had a huge balcony that was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and flexible. We had a late flight, and they kindly let us store our bags after check-out, which made a huge difference for us. One small note: the apartment is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase, which was a bit tricky with large suitcases—but totally manageable and worth it for the location and experience. If you’re looking for a place in Tel Aviv that puts you close to everything—the beach, the market, nightlife, and great food—this is it.

We rented the house for ten days and it was worth every penny. The spacious yard, the house is comfortable and cozy. The landlord is available and helpful with everything we asked for. Would definitely come back again!

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

So this jem of an Airbnb is in the heart of the city yet, quiet and have a beautiful garden (!), as if we are in a different location, the apartment is cozy yet spacious at the same time, and the bed is huge and so comfortable. Oshrat and Yaki were very communicative and nice. We had an issue with the blinds and when we contacted them they wanted to immediately take care of it but we said it's fine not to do it while our stay. Next time we'll be back to enjoy the garden more:-)
