Located on Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing on the lake right below our marina steps away.

We are 60 miles from Shreveport and 40 miles from Nacogdoches. Right on the water of beautiful Lake Naconiche, just minutes from Nacogdoches and SFA, this rustic themed cabin features cozy bedding, a kitchenette, a double sided bathroom with walk-in glass shower, and a porch overlooking the lake with a fire pit. Our property is gated and includes a private boat dock, & additional fire pit and seating near the water. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, or wanting a cozy place to stay while on a fishing trip, this is the place for you.

Farmhouse in the Pineywoods| King Bed | Fast Wifi

We have a farmhouse-themed guest apartment with its own private entrance and private deck with a view of a private lake through the trees in the piney woods of East Texas. The room features brand new appliances as well as a coffee bar. There is a very comfortable king-sized bed and a hide-a-bed. There is plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!

Eagles Cove

This unique A frame cabin is nestled on the lakefront- northern part of Toledo Bend, surrounded by mature trees that creates breathtaking landscape. From the patio, you are able to watch eagles landing and souring through beautiful sunsets. Cabin has been updated with new A/C, new flooring and furniture. Come relax at this quiet, clean cabin with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft overlooking a beautiful view of Toledo Lake. Due to nature surrounding, internet is average speed.

The Garden House

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

Beachy Keen

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located 12 miles from Toledo Bend Reservoir. The lake has an area of 185,000 acres and is known for its large mouth bass fishing. The cottage is on 42 acres and there is plenty of space for your bass boat .Recently we added rv electric and water hook up. We also have a historic building on-site that was once a drug store and is now being used to make outdoor pillows, aprons, and more.
