Holiday rentals with beach access in Central Asia

clean, upgraded space. Beds are so so, but better than some. It's better than dealing with deposits on furnished finder, but also not as nice as say an ocean view condo for same price. Like everything, you have to choose what's best for you. All in all, it's a great place. We will be here for a total of 6 weeks.

The place was amazing—quiet and peaceful. The host was polite and responsive. There was some renovation work happening in the parking area, but the host informed us about it before confirming the booking and asked if we were comfortable with it. You can see the Ganga ji right from your balcony.

Had an amazing stay at Vishal’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to Lakshman Jhula. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. Vishal was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

A great place to stay in Aktau. Well appointed and very clean within easy reach of local amenities and the impressive walkway below the cliffs. Above all Gulnar was a fantastic host. Very quick to respond and extremely helpful, even helping arrange taxis from the airport. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The host was incredibly helpful and kind; they picked us up from the airport for free and assisted us in booking a restaurant as well as translating for the waitress. Our experience couldn't have been better. Thank you very much! Recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

There were four of us in the apartment. Three adults and a child. A rare and pleasant thing: we were asked in advance how many blankets we wanted and were given one each, including the child. Often, hosts prefer to give double blankets without asking. And sometimes even one double for two adults and a child. I liked a lot of things in the apartment, although we did not have time to use all the amenities. A house with three full rooms in a gated community. There is a lake, swimming pools, and additional "water opportunities" nearby. For car trips, it is conveniently located for hiking in the Grikoryevsky and Semenovsky gorges. Overall, I liked everything. We were happy to stay. Thank you for your hospitality. A couple of times we needed help and the hostess readily helped us. For example, we arrived late and were looking for at least some open cafe. It was after 8, and we couldn't find anything ourselves.

This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!

The house is located very close to the ganga marine drive. Walking distance to Triveni Ghat. Plenty of restaurans nearby. Easy parking on adjoining the house. Easy to check in and out. Over all a nice place.

Fresh styling, new appliances. Quick walk to the beach. Security at the entrance of Paris, safe community. If you're looking for a destination that has nice beaches, safe community, and up-to-date interior design, this is a great destination. I suggest bringing supplies for cooking, as at the time we went, local accommodations within walking distance weren't up to standard. There are a couple mini-marts within walking distance. Point being, it's the perfect destination for those looking for the lake, modern accommodations, and looking to grill out at the house.

A real positive review amongst all the fake ones in India 😅 I honestly couldn’t have been happier with this accommodation. It exceeded my expectations. I stayed here for a week in total. It is on the pricer side for Rishikesh but it looks exactly like in the pictures and I had so called “care takers” staying right next to me available for any requests or questions I had. Any minor problem was immediately fixed. Bed is very comfortable, full amenities in the room like microwave, kettle, water, tea, ac, fans, etc. (except washing machine but that’s apparently very normal here as well). Location is great, ganga right in front of the door, shops in the back side and ram jhula within 5 min walking distance. I was welcomed like a princess and I 100% recommend this stay 🙂

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

Really happy with our stay at Shahin place. Great contact with the host. The apartment looks even better in real life than in the pictures. High ceilings make the space really spacious. Location just several minutes away from the Baku port with a lot of restaurants, shopping center and promenade. Looking forward to stay here again when coming back to Baku.
