Alles was die Wohnung und den Kontakt mit Jenny, der Managerin, betraf war perfekt. Die Wohnung war neu, wir waren eine der ersten Gäste und daher war nichts abgenutzt oder verbraucht. Mir war der Topper des Betts etwas zu hart und ich habe gleich am folgenden Tag einen zusätzlichen Topper bekommen. Alle zwei Tage kam eine Reinigungskraft und hat die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Damit habe ich im Vorfeld nicht gerechnet. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Dachterasse war überwältigend gross, man kann das Meer sehen und der Whirlpool war perfekt für uns und unsere 2.5 jährige Tochter. Auch der nahe gelegene grosse Spielplatz war für uns sehr angenehm. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine lange Einkaufsstrasse, mit Lidl an einem Ende und einem riesigen Supermarkt am anderen Ende. Nur 200 m entfernt ist ein sehr gutes Souvlaki/Kalamaki/Gyros Restaurant und am unteren Ende der Einkaufsstrasse ist ein nur tagsüber geöffnetes Restaurant, das alle griechischen Klassiker verkauft.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Die Gastgeberin ist eine super nette Person welche sich in der Gegend gut auskennt & Proaktiv Dinge vorschlägt dir aktuell in der Stadt passieren (z.B Konzerte o.ä.) Die Wohnung ist 4 U-Bahn Stopps entfernt von der Stadtmitte und ist fast direkt an der UBahn Station gelegen. In der nähe gibt es einige gute Restaurants, welche die Gastgeberin vorschlägt. Die Vorschläge waren bei unserem 4 Tägigen Aufenthalt perfekt! Vor allem weil lokales nicht Touristen Essen war. Die Terrasse ist sauber und gepflegt, jedoch liegt die Wohnung an einer Hauptverkehrstrasse und ist daher sehr laut. Aber das ist zu erwarten wenn man Urlaub in einer Grossstadt macht. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten, mit 2 Klimas ausgestattet und ein gutes, auch wenn recht kleines, Badezimmer.

Konstantinos is a fantastics host and his place is extremely cosy, well located in a nice, buzzy, safe area in the centre of Athens. The place feels very homely, it has all needed amenities and is located in a great area. There are so many shops, cafes, restaurants, literally just outside the building. It's located in walking distance from Athens' historical centre. The place has three working stations and great internet speed, making it ideal for people working remotely. Konstantinos was such a good host, always super communicative, thoughtful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place and Konstantinos as a host.

Ο χώρος ήταν άψογος. Ο κύριος Θάνος και η κυρία Κατερίνα ήταν πολύ βοηθητικοί. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο και cozy και η περιοχή ήταν πολύ ήσυχη ασφαλής. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε.

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr hell mit viel Tageslicht und grosse Fenster. In der Küche war alles zu finden, was man braucht, auch im Bad ist Duschgel und die Seife war da. Die Lage ist zentral gut erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Man kann mit den Bus zum Strand fahren. Das einzige was an der wohnung nicht so gut ist, ist die dämmung der Terassentür und der Fenster. man hört richtig deutlich wenn Autos in der Nebenstraße durchfahren oder wenn menschen beim vorbeigehen unterhalten. Wir hatten dass Gefühl dass die Terrassentür oder Fenster nicht richtig verschlossen waren. Da das Haus ein Neubau ist, hat man leider an der Qualität gespart. Die Terrasse oben ist sehr schön, Grill ist zum nutzen da. Aussicht ist sehr schön . Wir hatten kurzen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden.

Fotini's place is wonderful, perfect and cosy place as if we lived in our own flat. This place is located in walkable distance to major areas. Wee enjoyed a lot!

Excellent apartment in a very upscale neighborhood but still walkable to all the touristy spots. Athina was excellent, very responsive and was very accommodating when our flight got delayed by a few hours. The apartment itself is HUGE with amazing furnishings and every amenity that you would need. A Carrefour is right across from the main door which helped a lot in getting the basics. Getting to and from the airport was seamless via a cab, but the Metro stop (Syntagma) is about an 8-10 min walk, if needed. We had an amazing stay and would without a doubt stay here again. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Athena with my partner and wow it was so cute!! The perfect place to stay! The host was beyond helpful and helped us check in and was there to show us around the accommodation and check if there was anything missing that we may need. He gave some nice recommendations for local places as we hadn’t visited before. The place was spotless and clean and overall just a beautiful design inside! I loved the fact there was even a mini gym downstairs! The only downside to this great place was the fact there was a school opposite so there were multiple bells that rang throughout the day and the kids could be quite noisy. If you plan to be out exploring during the day this would not be an issue We throughly enjoyed this place and our stay and would definitely recommend : )

I had a truly lovely stay at Daphne’s home. The house is extremely comfortable—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the furnishings reflect a refined, aesthetic sensibility. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet, and I slept very well. I especially enjoyed the little patio, full of plants and flowers—a perfect spot for a peaceful morning coffee. The location, in the Kypseli neighbourhood, was ideal. It’s a lively and characterful area with plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and street artists. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Just across the road there’s a brilliant greengrocer selling fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and grains. There’s also a large, leafy park within easy walking distance—perfect for a morning run or a gentle stroll surrounded by greenery. The area is also well-connected. There’s a direct bus to Syntagma, the Acropolis, and other central sights. The metro is about a 20-minute walk away, and links you to the whole of Athens, including the airport.

Ο Alex ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης! Ήταν ευγενικός, πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και πάντα διαθέσιμος για ερωτήσεις. • Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη και πάντα γρήγορη και ευγενική. Ο χώρος ήταν άνετος, καθαρός και είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για τη διαμονή μας. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική και ήσυχη. Η διακόσμηση ήταν υπέροχη.Περάσαμε υπέροχα!

Eξαιρετικη η διαμονη μας,αρχισε με πολυ ζεστη υποδοχη!ο χωρος ειναι αψογα εξοπλισμενος με οσα θα μπορουσε καποιος να χρειαστει κατα τη διαμονη του/της εκει!.Φωτεινος και ζεστος χωρος ,ανυπομονουμε να τον ζησουμε και χειμωνα με το ομορφο τζακι.ευχαριστουμε για ολα.Η οικοδέσποινα,η θέα,η φωτεινότητα,οι παροχές,είναι κάτι που θα θυμάμαι.Until next time..

Anna is a wonderful host and the flat is just fabulous --- incredibly well equipped. Anna also left fruit, coffee, home made jam, biscuits, wine! The flat is spacious and stylish and very clean with two lovely balconies. I love this neighbourhood too, easy to reach the metro (on the line that takes you to airport/ piraeus) and right next to Lycabettus Hill, which has the most beautiful views of the city. A really perfect spot!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πάρα πολύ βολική καθώς βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή, πολύ κοντά στον ηλεκτρικό. Ο κύριος Δημήτρης ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός κι εξυπηρετικός καθόλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, μας εξήγησε λεπτομερώς και τις παροχές του σπιτιού. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

We planned to stay to this home for one night and it was wonderful We had a lot of fun We enjoyed the pool and the barbecue the most! It’s really in the heart of Athens in glyfada ,the neighbourhood was so quiet! Everything was clean and ready for welcoming us ,we had a perfect stay! I highly recommend to stay in this apartment. Amazing accommodation if you're looking for a place to stay especially with pets. Clean and very quiet place. The back yard is directly connected to a park. Groceries, bakery and coffee shop within a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία!!ο Αλέξανδρος πολύ κοινωνικός και εξυπηρετικός και πραγματικά μας έκανε να νιώθουμε σαν το σπιτι μας.Η Κυρια Μαρία γλυκύτατη .Οτι ζητούσαμε ήταν πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν!το σπιτι τεράστιο ολοκαίνουργιο με μοντέρνα επίπλωση.ο κήπος υπέροχος και η πισίνα τεράστια πραγματικά το ευχαριστηθήκαμε.εγω νοίκιασα το σπιτι για να ετοιμαστώ νύφη διότι η εκκλησία ήταν δίπλα στο σπιτι .Οι καλεσμένοι που ήρθαν ενθουσιάστηκαν.Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα με τον άντρα μου να χαλαρώσουμε ένα Σαββατοκύριακο!Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!
