Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Central Austin

Everything I expected clean, friendly, quite, host were very Friendly there was a lot to do near by, we mostly spent our time by the lake which was great and was what we went for. Also loads of delicious restaurants near by. 10/10 would stay again, specially during the winter so we could get use out of the hot tub

Great stay in Austin! House was very clean and tidy. Loved the decor and amenities including hot tub, pool, great kitchen etc! Location was about 20ish minutes from Austin downtown and all our activities. Would definitely stay again!!

The place was perfect for our multigenerational family. It was a great set up. We loved that everyone had their own space and restroom. My daughter and I enjoyed the ping pong table while, her bf, my husband and daddy enjoyed a glass of whiskey in the outdoor space. You will hear airplanes and sirens, but nothing unreasonable. We enjoyed our time there.

I never write reviews but was so pleased with this stay that I felt compelled to share the experience. It was very close to the venue where I was working but felt insulated from the hustle and bustle of Austin. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood and couldn't believe how quiet it was. The host was very responsive when I had a couple of questions; my only disappointment is that it's not available the next time I'm in town! Very charming stay/would highly recommend.

We totally loved this home. Centrally located, open and uncluttered layout, clean, thoughtfully appointed, and the recently added pool/backyard area was a great place to relax and catch up with our family. Airbnb doesn’t get any better!

The home was a perfect place to get away from the city. It was quiet and very spacious with the comfort of enjoying a family weekend. Danielle and her husband are great hosts and answered any question needed. Only thing I didn't like is I couldn't stay longer due to work haha. I will be getting this place again for an actual vacation with longer time to relax. My mother loved it and the hot tub was her favorite spot. Danielle look for me going to your place again and I thank you personally for you and your husband hospitality.

This stay was everything we hoped for and more! The villas look exactly like the photos.. beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything from spices to cooking tools, which made it easy to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were just as serene and well-maintained as they appeared online. Each room had a smart TV ready for streaming, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Texas Hill Country!

There are no surprises with this house. Everything is as nice as it looks in its photos. In fact the view of the backyard and lake from the living room and master suite is beyond expectations! Access to the lake and the kayaks was a bonus! The house was clean and organized. It was easy to find what we were looking for due to the labels. Especially around the kitchen. The only thing that came as a surprise to us was that the room with the 2 twin beds did not have a door. So it lacked privacy. Other than that we had a wonderful stay! Me and my 11 adult friends were comfortable and it was more than enough room for us to space out. Bre was super easy to communicate with and got back to me right away. All in all we had a wonderful time & if we return to Lago vista we would be happy staying here again.

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Sandi is extremely friendly and attentive. This was our 4th year staying here and we plan on coming back for many more years to come. We are always treated like family and love all the many parts of her place. I can’t wait to visit it again.

We stayed here for an ATX bachelorette and loved it! About 20 minutes to downtown and easy to order Ubers to. We had 14 girls and the space was plenty big! Annette was super helpful with any questions we had and very quick to respond. Would so stay here again! ❤️

The place itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a weekend getaway. Such a beautiful home!! We got to get away from the city for a few days. Plenty of space for large groups, the pool and hot tub were great(hot tub stopped working on first night but still enjoyed the rest of the amenities). so many deer!! and great spot for stargazing. hope to come back one day :-)

Perfect little weekend getaway! House is private and clean. My wife and I love these little cottages where we can get out of town for a vacation and just...do as little as possible. The mattress is fantastic. I always fret a bit when trying a new place that I'll end up sleeping horribly due to a mattress that's been skimped on. Not here. We slept like babies every night. I also had a chance to meet the host one afternoon. She was very friendly and we had a great little chat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and get away from the Rat Race.

Please improve the check instructions for people like me, suggest: Self check in with lockbox. Code will be sent via email/ text. This would have avoided the one small issue we had. As soon as the booking is approved if it were my rental, code would be sent in the app, via text and email, which eliminates any plausible deniability. Loved this little place. Mini splits are very quiet! Blake appreciated all feedback we had to make the stay better for others. I loved that all the switches were marked! Additionally note parking in front of property

We had a wonderful quiet time with family, and especially enjoyed our morning coffee and evening gatherings on the back porch. Beautiful cozy home, and the property amenities are a huge plus! We had a great time at the pool and delicious food (especially the burgers) at the Wild Hare. We had some peaceful walks along the trails and just an overall special trip. Loved Shea’s place from the welcome basket, to recommended activities and all the games available for the kids. There was two options for barbecuing which was very convenient since we forgot the charcoal. Would definitely stay here again!
