Watermill Cottage is a two storey property with three bedrooms. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer microwave and washer/dryer, and has a dining table which comfortably seats four. The lounge are has two large sofas, and a televison with Freeview. There is also a downstairs shower room and toilet. Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed which can convert to a twin bed and a wardrobe. There is also another double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a family bathroom. Ample parking is available for tenants use. £30 worth of electricity is included in the rental for this property. Electricity cards are available to purchase if more electricity is required. Heating by electric radiators.

Not suitable for children. The Wing is in a peaceful location with underfloor heating, king size bed with cotton bedding and walk in shower. Snacks, wine and light breakfast foods are a gesture. . Remotely located in a field you will be sharing with horses, rabbits and an old barn owl that makes occassional visits to Wild Dairy. Dedicated Wi-fi and work space . A short walk into the tiny Hamlet of North Crawley to the small village shop and two great local public houses. (A short stagger home.) There is also a farm shop nearby where you can buy raw milk , more fresh bread and eggs.
