This beautiful, thatched house is completely undisturbed in the shelter behind the dune right out to the North Sea and has a wonderful view of the valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

One of Limfjord's oldest fishing houses from 1774 with a fantastic history is decorated with exquisite designs and is located only 50 meters from the beach on a large private south-facing plot with outdoor kitchen and lounge area with direct views of the fjord. The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water

The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and Wi-Fi that covers the entire property. In July and August, check-in is on Saturdays. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The city of Aarhus, the light rail, bus connections, 1 km to the highway, 4-5 km to the beach, Village idyll. It's a small village with 5 farms. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km. ) Large common area with grass. A bit away from it all. But a nice and friendly environment. Someone who rented it wrote, yes, that's right, it's 1.5 km to towns with shops. The towns are Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, and Skæring.
