Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

As a discerning client, I found this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

Great apartment and a great host. We liked it so much that we booked a second stay. Patricia is extraordinary. The place is within walking distance of Mariscal Shopping, has good internet, a great view over Asuncion, and is well equipped.

We loved the depto, spacious, modern, and had all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Rentu's agents are very friendly and quick to respond, they are attentive to providing good service.

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. The apartment is amazing. Each space is designed to generate value for guests. It has much more than you can expect in a stay like this. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's amenities make it a stay that exceeds expectations, and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby. The neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always willing to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop the day to day with ease.

I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great cafes. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
