Holiday rentals with beach access in Central Florida

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

We enjoyed everything about the condo and the area! Was clean and directly looked over the ocean!

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

We booked Erin’s place to be close to the cruise port. Erin was so sweet and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area and responding to any of my questions. I would highly recommend Erin’s place.

Courtney was very responsive to all our questions and also offered advice on local happenings like a rocket launch. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a lovely time.

We had a great time at Ruta’s airbnb. She was always very quick to respond when we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She has everything you would need at her airbnb and she gave us great recommendations.

This place is better than the pictures! The place was super clean. It looked like the inside had been newly renovated and it was beautiful. It was bigger than we thought. Having the kayaks was a big plus! We met a few neighbors while kayaking and they were super nice which added to our overall experience. The bed upstairs (the only one we used) was super comfy as were the pillows. We were in the area for my niece’s high school graduation and plan to stay here again for any future visits! Highly recommend this place. Also, Jennifer was an amazing host and was always quick to respond. We did not need much from her as everything was self explanatory thanks to the thoughtful notes! Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

This place is absolutely amazing. It is the best rental property that we have ever stayed in. The owners are spot on! The house is perfect, the grounds and lake are beautiful, and it really lacked nothing. We are already planning a trip back in the cooler months to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub.

The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛
