Welcome to a neat and cozy 3 bedroom cottage along the Vääräjoki river. The cottage has a toilet/bathroom and a wood-heated sauna. Quiet yet easy to access location in a rural environment. In use all year round. Firewood is available for the fireplace and for heating the sauna. Lean-to in the yard. The cottage has an open kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is no Wi-Fi connection, mobile network coverage in the area is good.

Kaksio rauhallisen päättyvän tien päässä. Maaseudun rauha keskellä kylää. Asumme itse samassa talossa joten olemme todennäköisesti paikalla kun saavutte. Vaikka asumme samassa talossa, on asuntoon on kuitenkin oma sisäänkäynti ja oma rauha majoittumiseen. Pihassa on ulkosauna jota on mahdollista käyttää. Jos haluatte saunoa, pyydän ilmoittamaan siitä varauksen yhteydessä. Meillä on eläimiä, jotka elävät omaa elämäänsä. Tähän sisältyy myös eläinten äänet. Lampaat määkivät ja kukko kiekuu.

Luxury Villa Kotiniemi

Villa Kotiniemi on ihana kohde rentoon mökkilomailuun, mutta myös aktiiviseen toimintaan niin halutessaan. Talvilomailuun hiihtoreitit lähtevät lähes pihasta, moottorikelkkareitit 20 m päästä, sähköpyöräily mahdollisuus tieverkoston puitteissa ( pyörävuokra mahdollinen kahdelle pyörälle), mönkijävuokra, sekä lasten pulkkamäki jossa naruhissi 700m päässä. Kesällä loistavat suppailumahdollisuudet, soutuvene (ja pelastusliivit) kuuluvat vuokraan. Mahdollisuus vuokrata myös Aquador 23ht.

Separately, you can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard. Extra beds can be booked as a communal accommodation in the main building. There are also extra beds for children. There's room in the yard to move around and play. In common areas, you can use a kitchen and a washer.

Sundholm's Farm - Sundholm's Space

Sundholms Gård offers rural accommodation in the idyllic village of Öja. Fully renovated and equipped 19th century farmhouse with a cozy atmosphere. Four bedrooms and beds for 8 people, kitchen and dining room. Toilet and shower. Great location in the Öja archipelago, Gäddviken beach, summer cafe Café Bryggan are just 700 meters away. Hiking trails and nature just around the corner. Kokkola city center 17km. Pietarsaari city center 27km.

StrandRo - Cottage by the lake

Welcome! Villa StrandRo is a cozy and peaceful cottage by the lake. A marked nature trail starts right next to the cottage, a children’s playground is about one kilometer away, and both a rowing boat and a barrel sauna – available all year round – are free to use. We live in the same yard with our two school-aged children, and we are happy to help or share tips about the best local experiences if you wish. We also rent out SUP boards.

Separate apartment with private entrance in wooden house in the neighborhood of Skata/Norrmalm. Quiet area and close to the city center. In the bedroom/living room there is a double bed and a sofa bed. Suitable for 1-4 persons. The bathroom is newly renovated. Free parking outside the apartment. Close to mini golf, frisbee golf course, chip court as well as cafe, restaurants and grocery stores.

Sigges Inn

Sigges Inn is a private accommodation of about 70 m2 consisting of kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms. In addition, there is a large terrace (100m2) as well as a glazed terrace (30m2) with outdoor kitchens available. The accommodation is suitable both for a couple or a family. Pets are also allowed. Breakfast can be ordered against separate fee.
