The House of 3 Spots is the first project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". It is located in the best surf, windsurf and kitesurf spot in Chile. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.

This cottage is located in the Lagunillas area, and has an unbeatable view. Built on stilts, its large windows create the illusion of floating on the sea. NOTES: - The house is only accessible by stairs (3 stories). - We advise the guests to drive a cross-country vehicle, since the road isn't in optimal condition. When raining, this type of vehicle is required.
