On the door step of the Cowichan Valley (aka The Warm Land, because it boasts Canada warmest year-round temperatures) and Central Vancouver Island, close to Brentwood Bay College, Shawnigan Lake, the Gulf Islands, and 45 mins to downtown Victoria or 1 hour to downtown Nanaimo.

Clean and bright bachelor suite located just a 3 minute drive from the Victoria airport, and 10 minutes from Swartz Bay ferry terminal. You can walk from the airport, it is a 2.1 km walk along the paved airport trail. This beautiful and comfortable fully self contained suite is on the upper level of a family home, complete with private entry and ample street parking.
