Great location about a 5 minute walk from old town Hoi An. Location is excellent as you get a bit of peace and quiet as well as being able to get to town quickly. We rented mopeds too and they had a dedicated garage next to to house to park them that was seen to regularly by their staff. Would highly recommended!

If you visit Hoi An, you MUST stay here. This is right along the river in the Ancient city. The hosts will collect you from the airport, bring you and your bags here, and deliver concierge-level service. Trust their recommendations and you’ll have the trip of a lifetime!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We absolutely adored Dalat Homestay and would highly recommend this place to everyone. Bich was an amazing host and was so welcoming to us, organised trips and our travels when we departed but importantly let us into his home with his beautiful family. The breakfast was included which was amazing and delicious. Each night Bich invited us to the communal dinner which was cheap and delicious. Easy walking distance to the city center. Would definitely be coming back if I found myself in Dalat again, we loved Dalat Homestay !!

We had a wonderful stay for just over a week. The location was perfect. Very close to the centre but not too close so away from the crowds. Loved the pool and the indoor terrace. On hot days it was the perfect location to come back and chill out for a few hours. The host was super friendly and had excellent advice on local attractions and restaurants. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. A great villa! Home away from home!

Really great value accommodation for a large group - we had a great time and no issues getting into the heart of Phnom Penh on the 2A bus.

We were in Da Lat over New Year. All the accommodations sent us cancellations at short notice because everything was booked up. Xuan/Tony nevertheless gave us a place to sleep, even though all his rooms were booked. He slept on the couch for us so that we could stay with him. He was our warmest host in Vietnam so far and we were sad to stay only one night. And we were able to drink our best coffee in Vietnam. :) If we come to Da Lat again we would only sleep here :) Thank you for everything.

everything was perfect!!

This listing was the heights of perfection! Everything from first communication to arrival was perfect! I originally booked for one night but have decided to stay longer. The space is exactly as was described and her team has been very accommodating so far! If you’re in PP this place is perfect for long or short term stay. The market is just 7mins away and the supermarket is a lil further but still walkable (23mins). This mattered to me because I like cooking my own meals. The kitchen is super spacious. The unit is in a small gated community so even if outside feels a lil chaotic, once you’re through the gate, you’re in a lil oasis. Can’t recommend enough. Ho Kei and her team are superb!!

Sam was able to accommodate us last minute because my previous host caused me too much stress for not fully declaring her listing. This caused us to leave in the middle of the night with the help of Airbnb support. I am thankful that Sam's place was available and it made my stay in Phnom Penh worthwhile. He allowed us to check in early and he made us feel at home. The unit is located on the 4th floor and he specifically said that in his listing. First few days were tiring but maybe our bodies were able to eventually adjust. This was not a major issue for us but consider this if you have loved ones with limited mobility. The place is also located near the Russian Market and nice restaurants that is why I love this place. Just one suggestion: Please check the AC in the bedroom since it is not that cold. While I understand that the room faces the east, maybe the filter needs to be cleaned so it can be at its best. Thanks, Sam!

We had a wonderful stay. Hang and Phuc were great hosts with their accommodations and fast responses. The house is airy and squeaky clean, in a quite location. Will definitely come back.

Such a great flexible and responsive host. The house is near to everywhere we wanted to go. A 2 minutes walk to the best banh mi xiu mai. The host is so kind, she even let us put our luggage and also have a quick shower before we went to Ho Chi Minh.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is of a very high standard, with a comfortable bed and a great location. Everything was just as described — clean, cozy, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The hosts were excellent — very attentive and quick to respond, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this accommodation. I’ll definitely be back for another peaceful stay!

"Rocy was an excellent host. She was very accommodating and sweet our whole stay. We had to come a day later due to visa trouble and she had no problem getting us a rider ready for the next day and didn't charge us for the day we missed. She was very supportive, even while I was leaving. I left the place messy due to being sick and having only an hour to get my two year old ready and out the door to the airport. Her cleaning lady showed up as we were bagging up to leave and helped me dress my child and carried my bags for me. If I ever return, I won't hesitate to stay here again. Everything was walking distance as well. Meaning very close. Couldn't have been a better ending to a two week trip"

Very good place had a lot of fun

The host is responsive and check in was easy as there was a staff who guided and waited for us til we arrive. I have a fantastic stay overall. The location was on a residential side. The space was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. One small note: the bed was a bit firm for my liking. However, this is a personal preference and might be perfect for others. Despite this, I still had a good night's sleep and enjoyed my stay. Thank you to Thi and her staff for the hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

Hoang's place is convenient, around can walk to some good local shops. The place is also very comfortable, especially the kitchen area, it is rare to see such a full kitchen. My team is 10 people but stay is also very comfortable and spacious

The host provided clear check-in instructions, and upon arrival, we were welcomed by a beautifully decorated yellow living room. All the bedrooms were spacious, though we wish the mattresses had been a bit softer.

Host was very helpful and responsive + let us use their old bike during our stay. Location is pretty near most places and attractions so that's great. The rooms get quite bright in the morning and noise from the surroundings will affect your sleep. Consider bringing some earbuds to cancel the noise. otherwise, great and comfortable stay!
