Our stay was peaceful, the apartment was great, well located. Certainly when we return to SP, if the apartment is available, we will stay there. I highly recommend it!

Location as described, impeccable cleanliness, great location, close to the hot park, breakfast with a lot of variety, place for those looking for peace!

Quiet place, very cozy and very quiet; I felt at home. There is a snack bar right on the corner, which helps a lot so you don't have to walk far to buy food. Everything was very clean and organized, congratulations to the hosts.

Everything as advertised. I recommend it.

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

Excellent stay. Impeccable. Many kitchen utensils available, organization, cleaning, equipment quality, internet and quality shower, bed and comfortable pillows. Nothing is lacking. And the building is very comfortable, as it has a heated pool, sauna and gym. Great location, my favorite in the capital. I recommend it and I'll be back.

This is my home away from home in Sao Paulo. I can recommend it to anyone who wants a cozy place to stay with a marvellous view over the city, with a pool and gym for all guests and a good reception.

Great room, beautiful location

I was satisfied with the accommodation: the cleanliness and size were as described in the listing and followed hotel standards. Excellent communication with Carlos. The room met the needs I needed, and there is the functionality of a coffee maker, minibar, kitchen utensils, if necessary. I will certainly repeat the experience, if possible!

The stay was very good, we always received clear instructions from the host and the service of the receptionists and valets was very cordial. There is free valet parking, the bathtub is great, the kitchen equipment is new, the bedding is good and check-in was easy. We recommend it!

The apartment is organized, clean and has several appliances. The building is next to Shopping Center 3, which has a market, pharmacy, laundry. Easy access to Paulista.

If the photos make the flat look good, in person it's much better! Every corner is very well thought out, cozy, everything is first class! The bed and bath linens are very clean, the kitchen is super functional and very well organized. The location is wonderful, close to everything, we did a lot on foot. Honorable mention to the hotel staff who were super kind, all very pleasant. Pedro Paulo is a top-notch host, always very attentive and welcomed demands beyond what was offered. We can only thank you and it is certainly a place that I recommend without hesitation and I hope to return more often!

This place was great for our long-term stay. A really safe and vibrant neighborhood, and the building itself is fantastic with a huge new cowork, a big state-of-the art gym with stunning views and a nice outdoor pool. There's also a 24-hour mini market in the lobby. The host was very responsive and the price was more than fair for the experience and convenience.

Everything worked very well, from the entrance to the exit. Clean and organized apartment. Excellent location. It's really worth it.

We very much like the accommodation. Very well located and comfortable apartment, with many household utensils. João Carlos was a great host.

Everything went smoothly during my stay. The host Marylin was very proactive and quickly resolved the only setback I had at check-in, caused by a recent email change by the hotel. I was able to leave a large suitcase both on arrival and departure, which made it a lot easier. The staff at the Hotel Saint Moritz were always polite and helpful. The space was well arranged, clean and faithful to the description of the ad, with adequate sound insulation. The gym in the penthouse is excellent. The pool was under renovation, but as the days were colder, this was not a problem. Would recommend your stay!
