Holiday rentals with a patio in Centrala Stan

Had a great stay in Lyktvägen - lovely apartment that fit our needs perfectly and felt at home. It had everything you could need. Close to the lake which was great for walking, running, cycling and kayaking in summer. Can imagine would be fun in Winter too. Marcus was a great host - responsive, helpful. Definitely recommend!

Very nice hosts, cozy accommodation and close to the center.

Large, comfortable, very clean and well-equipped accommodation. We only stayed one night but we are delighted. Anki has always been receptive and eager to facilitate our stay, even if it's short.

Very nice, spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. We felt right at home. The location was also perfect within walking distance of the city and sights with a nice vintage shop on the corner.

Super nice place. We had 4 days. Good beds, nice living room and kitchen with all equipment, good bathroom with washing machine. Nothing is missing. Pleasant host couple. Various delicious foods were provided. Pleasant stay. Recommended. We even got a lift to the city after shopping, as we had arrived by kayak without a car. The place is beautifully located with a view of the sea. In the summer, when it's bathing time, it must be perfect. Thank you for your stay.

Huge house fully equipped . Rooms are just right , bathrooms are nice and clean. The only thing you could use a closet in every room . I rate my stay 5+

The cottage in Umeå, hosted by Hanna and Mattias, is a true oasis of peace. From the very first moment, we felt at home here – the interior was extremely cozy and decorated with attention to every detail. Everything was spotless, which added to the comfort of our stay. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful, perfect for resting and relaxing in nature. You can really breathe and enjoy the silence here. Hanna and Mattias are wonderful hosts – committed, helpful, and welcoming. They took care to make us feel as good as possible. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in Umeå! 🌿✨

Perfect place in a peaceful area and the host is always ready to help anytime

From the first minute we moved into this fabulous house in Sweden, we were just thrilled! The place exceeded all our expectations – it was not only beautifully decorated but extremely comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect for enjoying the impressive nature of Sweden while being close to charming cities and attractions. Every morning started with the wonderful view of the surrounding landscape, which was simply fantastic! The hosts were a special plus. They were incredibly helpful and always available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Not only did they provide us with valuable tips on things to do and restaurants, they also made us feel at home. Their hospitality was truly outstanding! The cleanliness and equipment of the house were also great. We didn't miss anything and everything was perfect

Apartment was clean and tidy. Heating was too hot for us but was easy to adjust to a lower temperature. Kitchen was equipped with hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. However, there were a minimum number of cooking tools, knives, knives, pots, pans, plates. Bed is narrow as indicated and mattress is very soft. With two people, you are cozy with each other. Bathroom is nice, warm and clean. Shower worked perfectly. Hard jet and warm water. Plenty of clean towels provided. Including washing machine. Smart television worked well and there were some streaming services active like Netflix, Disney+, and Swedish TV for free. When we were there, it was very quiet and we didn't hear from any of the other neighbors. The apartment is part of a block of apartments spread over two floors. We very much enjoyed the apartment, snow and cold and the area. You are in the city center in no time that is within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonas‘ and Sanna's place. We were four students who spent two nights in Umeå. Everything was as described and it was very cozy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the bathroom clean. We didn't miss anything and on request Jonas and Sanna gave us recommendations for cafes and the like. The city center can be reached on foot in 25-30 minutes and the path is very nice. We can definitely recommend the place! :)

We were super happy. We stayed 4 people here (had 2 air mattresses), so the kitchen items were barely enough, but there were bed linen and towels for all of us anyway, which we appreciated very much. Clean and nice. Somewhat remote but it was super easy to take the bus so it didn't bother us. Definitely worth the money. However, the landlord of this apartment was quite unpleasant and very sensitive to light when we moved upstairs.

I stayed in Umeå for work for 10 days, and I couldn’t have found a better place than Asa’s house for my stay. It’s very spacious and perfectly central—close to shops, bus stops, and many restaurants, all within walking distance. Asa was very kind and always quick to respond to my questions. The apartment is magnificent! Hope I can go there again when coming to Umea next time!

A very nice place, close to the lake, a bit far from the city but well connected. The room was cozy and well equipped, as you may use practically everything in the house. The host is very amicable and reactive to respond.
