Located in the historic heart between Place des 3 Ormeaux and Place des Prêcheurs, the loft is on the 2nd floor of a XVII South facing building, small terrace on the courtyard, beautiful height under the ceiling. Its floor area is 66m2. A floor renovation, kitchen bathroom has just been carried out. It's air-conditioned except 1 of the 2 bedrooms. The proximity to the market, shops and restaurants makes it an ideal base in the city center without disturbing street noise, the neighborhood is very popular.

Beautiful loft type apartment, with open mezzanine bedroom, very spacious, bright, you will have all the comforts, including an efficient air conditioner and quiet in the historic center of Aix with a small balcony. Two steps from Place Richelme and the town hall, you will be 5 minutes from Cours Mirabeau. You can stay at 4 and linen will be provided as well as basic products. Departures on Mondays must be at 8:30 am except in August where you can stay until 11am.
