The apartment is located under my house on the mezzanine. It is perfect for 2 people looking for a practical and green space. It consists of a cozy living room equipped with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom to guarantee peaceful nights and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Composed of a bathroom, an equipped kitchen (kettle, nespresso, fridge, microwave and hob) as well as a large room of 21m² serving as living room and bedroom. The garden and its equipment (table, deckchairs, ...) are accessible but can be shared with us. Located 15 minutes from the RER A between Paris and Chessy, and 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne. The entire city center is accessible on foot.

The chalet, in a quiet area, is 10 minutes from RER A and E with bus 320. 15 km from Paris and Disneyland Park. It is independent, at the bottom of our garden (See photos). You will enjoy its sitting area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's perfect for families, couples, solo travelers, or business travelers with a desk area. No parties... (Sleeping: A "real" bed.
