Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Centro Histórico, Distrito Centro

We konden last minute boeken in dit ruime en comfortabele huis. Met ons vieren hebben we heerlijk geslapen en genoten van de rust. Op amper 2 minuten wandelen is er een supermarktje waar we elke ochtend vers ontbijt haalden om vervolgens op het terras beneden in alle stilte te genieten. Een fijne en ontspannen plek! Als we nog eens in Málaga zijn, hopen we hier opnieuw te kunnen verblijven.

We stayed for a week at Francisco’s place and had a wonderful time. From late check in with Lourdes to the beautiful a Christmas decorations that had been put up all around the house- our children loved it! The house is right near the centre of Alhaurín and there is a wonderful bakery opposite which we got our bread each morning. The washer dryer worked particularly well and we really appreciated this as we had packed light for our trip. There were so many extra goodies left for us- loads of food and all of the toiletries we would need. The bathroom was great and the shower was lovely! Altogether an amazing stay- would thoroughly recommend.

We had a group consisting of friends and family for a four night stay. The accommodations were great with everyone having a bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and all areas were very clean. Beautiful updated and modern bathrooms. Nice outdoor areas as well to enjoy the sunshine. Guido sent recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and groceries that were very helpful. Jaime was responsive and stop by and introduced himself. Uber into the city center was easy and took between 20-30 minutes, #5 bus from the bus stop also worked well. We very much enjoyed the stay and appreciated Guido and Jaime.

Such a beautiful parcel of land in Andalucia. Girgio is simply the best possible host. I stayed for a month to work on a novel, and the apartment, the whole property, the views, and nature were all perfect for creativity, silence, and absorption in beauty. I would highly recommend Giogio's place especially for individuals who want to experience the peace of nature in their own solo self-styled yoga or meditation retreat. Definitely not a party place. Of course, there are people in the other apartments but Girogio has set up the space so that everyone is super mindful and there are loads of private spaces where one can be undisturbed. And in any case, I went days without seeing anybody! The apartment itself has everything you need. Giorgio is super responsive. The town is a short walk or drive away, so getting supplies is not an issue. Internet works great. This is a rare place, so if you enjoy nature, solitude, beauty, and amenities, it may be perfect for the benefits of contemplativ

wir sind meine Frau und ich mit unserer Tochter Schwiegersohn und den beiden Enkeln am Sonntag den 15. angekommen und haben die Zeit bis heute Abflug am 23. Oktober sehr genossen. Es hat uns in der Wohnung nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Möglichkeiten draußen an tollen Tischen zu essen Basketball zu spielen, im eigenen Pool schwimmen zu gehen und vieles mehr. Die Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend von unserer Gastgeberin waren auch hilfreich. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen. Wir bedanken uns hiermit nochmals recht herzlich bei unseren Gastgebern, dass wir uns am möglicht haben, in ihrem in ihrer Villa schöne Tage zu verbringen

Das Haus liegt alleine in den Bergen, was eine laute Party in der Nacht ermöglicht, ohne Nachbarn zu stören. Außerdem hat man einen super Ausblick auf Malaga. Es gibt unzählige Sitzgelegenheiten und super Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben, ob im Pool oder mit einer Runde Billiard. Das Stadtzentrum ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Beste an dem Haus ist aber wohl Federico, der immer sehr hilfsbereit und super sympathisch war. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Woche in der Unterkunft. Dankeschön

We had a really enjoyable stay. Maria gave us clear instructions and we found the house without any issues. It is super easy to travel around via train and only takes 7 minutes to walk from the station to the house even with our toddler! The beach is very close by and we found some lovely places to eat. Even the local supermarket had almost everything you could want. We couldn't fault the house and we even enjoyed the pool. Maria was very responsive and friendly via text. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo y rodeado de sonidos de pajaros. Nos encanto ya que tenia sauna. La casa estaba super privada y muy limpia. Ramona es un encanto y nos ha atendido en todo el momento. Definitivamente es una casa para recomendar para un merecido descanso. Gracias, Ramona.

I can’t say enough about our time at Noemi Central! What a stunning apartment in a convenient yet quiet area. The terraces are incredible with amazing views. The place was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Having a washer / dryer was a great plus, Mostly I want to comment about working with Solaga. They proactively contacted me a few weeks before our travel to tell me the apartment we originally rented was on a street which was under construction and offered to move us to another place. Not many people would have done that and loud construction could have impacted our stay. They were responsive to every question, prompt in meeting us and extremely friendly and kind. Five star experience all around! Malaga is wonderful and when we return we will definitely work with Solaga again. Thank you for the memories!

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

Marta est une hôte très réactive et sérieuse . Excellente communication avant et pendant le sejour. L’appartement est spacieux pour 2 personnes, lumineux, et peut accueillir jusqu’a 4 personnes à la demande (seconde chambre ouverte moyennant un coût supplémentaire). Il est situé surpes hateurs de Malaga, dans un quartier residentiel. Il y a plusieurs supermarches et quelques restaurants a proximite (sinon il faut se rendre dans le centre). Il y a un garage et des facilités pour se garer dans la rue. Il y a un parc/forêt pour faire des ballades à 100 m. Jolie vue. Jardin et piscine commune à disposition en pleine saison. Cuisine très grande, moderne et très bien équipée; la literie est très confortable et il y a une très grande armoire à disposition. Station de bus à quelques minutes pour aller a la plage (prévoir un autre bus avec changement pour se rendre dans le centre ville). Seuls bémol : mauvaise insonorisation de l’immeuble (on entend la télévision du voisin du dessus).

An absolutely beautiful studio. More than enough space due to the excellent design to utilise every bit of space. Better than we’d expected.. and definitely would return. Gracias

Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage mit vielen Einkaufsmöglickeitrn, Cafés , Restaurants und in Strandnähe. Die Wohnung war mit allem Notwenigen ausgestattet und noch mit vielen kleinen zusätzlichen Details. Alles in allem sehr sauber und sehr gut.

Der Aufenthalt bei Miguel Javier war hervorragend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ruhige Lage, die zentrale Anbindung sowie der schnelle und freundliche Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Miguel war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The place was absolutely amazing even better than we’d hoped and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Everything was spotless, beautifully set up, and had such a peaceful, welcoming vibe.

La casa è bellissima e grandissima. Ha tutto l’occorrente. La posizione è fantastica per il mare e per tutti i locali del quartiere Nogalera. Nonostante ciò rimane silenziosa. L’host è stato eccezionale. Assolutamente da consigliare senza alcun dubbio.

This place is amazing! From the moment we booked Larissa and Raf. Were helpful and kind. Even after we checked in they still were so helpful. The photos do not compliment this house enough. It’s epic. The area and house was so clean. Nice size bedrooms ,bathrooms etc. massive living area. Outdoor space is great. Even the additional outside kitchen area with bbq. The pool is clean. Just a bit cold. We went end of April. The garden gets lots of sun 🌞 The area itself is quiet and 5-10min walk to local supermarkets. 20 min in a uber to Malaga I would highly recommend this house You sometimes find a place you feel comfortable to live in and would go back at the next opportunity. This is it. Thnx for making our holiday perfect.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Lola et Nachos qui ont également toute une délégation de personnes dans la région qui se sont assurés que nous avions tout selon nous avions besoin et qui étaient réactif à toutes nos interrogations. La maison est splendide, un décor sobre et épuré, plusieurs pièces qui offrent beaucoup d’espace d’intimité si vous êtes un grand groupe. La cuisine est super bien équipé: c’est plutôt rare et un atout majeur selon moi. Plusieurs arbres fruitiers sur le terrain, nous n’avons pas manqué d’agrumes lors de notre séjour ❤️🙏 Il y a également beaucoup de jeux de société à votre disposition ce qui est parfait pour les soirées en famille ou entre amis. La vue est à couper le souffle. La maison est à proximité de deux restaurants hyper charmant où nous avons mangé quelques fois. Les horaires ne sont pas toujours exact sur Google toutefois, mais peut-être que cela est parce que nous y étions en basse saison.

Ik was samen met mijn vrouw en 4 kinderen naar een woning met veel prive en een leuke zwembad voor de kinderen. Dat is gelukt! De woning is erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, iedere ruimte heeft een airco en met 4 badkamers, 4 slaapkamers 2 twee keukens heb je genoeg ruimte. Wat voor ons minder praktisch was is dat de twee woningen afzonderlijk te betreden zijn (eigen ingangen). Verder heeft de woning een adembenemende tuin met zwembad, je kan hier makkelijk de hele dag vertoeven en hangen in de hangmat. Als kers op de taart is er ook nog de jacuzzi die echt heel goed werkt. Erick komt elke twee dagen langs om de tuin te onderhouden en het zwembad schoon te maken, bijzonder persoon en goeie gesprekken mee gehad! Al met al een hele mooie ervaring voor ons en we zullen zeker terugkomen!! Wij kijken er nu al naar uit.

We had the best time at Villa Jacaranda! The house is amazing, just like the pictures showing. Paco was extremely helpful and quick to respond! highly recommended place!

We had 3 parties, 2birthdays and a 5yr old boy to enjoy the facilities even though it predominantly rained, the heated pool and hot tub were a godsend and the games available were just brilliant for the dry spells. I would not hesitate to recommend the 2villas and space to anyone. Thanks Antonio

Alfredo und Lydia haben uns sehr gut empfangen. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder in dieser Unterkunft unsere Ferien verbringen.

Amazing quiet place for a family stay near charming Comares!

Excellente localisation et superbe vue! Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes, c’était parfait en terme de grandeur. Nous avions loué trois voitures pour nos déplacements à Málaga (10 minutes de voiture) et les attraits avoisinants (Ronda, Alhambra, plongée, plage). Un gros coup de cœur ♥️ pour Marta, la cheffe que Rosanna nous a référer. Elle est venue à la villa nous cuisiner 4 soupers (BBQ, paella aux fruits de mer, de luxe, etc.)
