We love Monica's place. A few steps from 3 divine cafes and less than 5-10 min from the plancha (food corridor) and walk Montejo. If you're looking to be around one of those areas, this is definitely the place for you. Monica was also super friendly and attentive, we asked for a plastic chair so that my dad could bathe, since she has a boot on her leg, and she provided it to us. Thank you so much for that! We felt super at home. The house is just as described and the amenities are amazing. My mom loved the place. We highly recommend, :).

It's a pleasure to have returned to this beautiful place, very nice and cozy. Excellent location and better if you are going to do visa processing. The consulate is LITERALLY across the street and next to it there is a very nice square.

Great place! Everything was perfect. The area is a nice part of town and right off of the highway. The space is perfect for two people. And was great being on the first floor, especially with a dog. Would definitely recommend to anyone

We arrived after a bad experience with another rental and from the first moment they helped us with everything. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Both air conditioners work very well. The apartment complex is very safe and the front desk is very friendly. It's very close to the harbor plaza, so you can find Starbucks, ice cream and shops. Carolina and Octovia are very responsive and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay. Karli was very accommodating and responsive. One small quirk was how we could hear all the neighbors doing almost anything 😳 I would consider staying again though.

Good apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from many stores and restaurants. Landlord is attentive to issues. My wife and I had a very good stay.

We loved this accommodation, it has everything you need to spend a few incredible days. The location is perfect as long as you have a car to get around. Charito is always attentive, and her recommendations are excellent.
