Everything in general is very good, the apartment is very spacious, the bedrooms are spacious, the pool is quite cold but because of the heat, it was easier to get in. The host was always available. The only thing that was exhausting was having to ask the guard to open the parking lot door since they don't give you any access cards. But it's a minor problem. Everything excellent.

It has a laundry area, and a place for taking out the trash As a plus; Confortable Beds Clean Bathrooms Kitchen with the essentials for preparing food Climate in the living room and bedrooms Comfortable sofas The subdivision is a quiet place, it is close to the port, as well as many places of interest in the area. By car, it takes no more than 30 minutes to get to the nearby beaches and squares. In general, my family and I highly recommend the place. You won't regret it.

Very good and pleasant stay, there were some technical problems with the light but they were immediately fixed without any problems.

What a beautiful place to stay in Boca Del Rio! Walking distance to the beach. Simple cab ride to downtown. Julio is a great host! Very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to visit!!!
