Kriti was very kind, helpful, provided useful and accurate directions, she always responded quickly. The apartment is in a very nice area, has private parking and allows you to quickly and easily reach the center of Argostoli. It also has all the useful services! Highly recommended.

Nice place for a solo traveler

Anna’s place was exactly as described, the bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels provided were of a high standard. The kitchen is fine, no microwave but that was no problem for us. The owners were friendly and helpful, they left us supplies in the fridge on our arrival and dropped off some orange juice & pastries one morning. The AC works well, the bathroom is excellent, the shower is superb, with a wonderful view if you open the window at head height. The road outside is too tight to park outside but there was always room 50 yards down the road so not a problem. Lastly there was a beautiful cat that visited every morning & evening, she always sat on the doormat and never went indoors, we named her Tinker as she has a bell around her neck, we found her adorable, on our last evening we walked down the slope in front of the property and found her with her 3 kittens, they were shy, Tinks let us give her one last stroke to say goodbye, please buy her some food, it’s very cheap

The house is in the open countryside surrounded by olive trees, a quiet and peaceful oasis but in a strategic location for visiting the surrounding area. We recommend renting a car to better appreciate the beauty of the island: by car Svoronata is 15 minutes from Argostoli, very convenient for all the beautiful beaches of the south of the island and about 50 minutes from the two jewels Myrtos and Skala. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and equipped with all the basic ingredients for cooking. The terrace is ideal for breakfast and to enjoy the sunset in the evening, and in the common outdoor area there is a large table for dining out. Marillie's parents were super-welcoming and kind, always available. Thanks again for everything!

Very good place to stay as far as location is considered if you want to visit as many places in kefalonia as possible and just want to sleep here . The host is very willing to help however he can . When looking for the place , I suggest you just ask of him to send you the address in Google maps , cause getting here with directions is a bit tricky , just use the gps instead .

As we arrived in the dark, Konstantinos waited at the airport to guide us to the apartment. We got many local recommendations. We stayed for a week and had the possibility to get our lines changed halfway through our stay if necessary. The apartment had everything needed and was close to some beaches and restaurants by car. All in all, he went out of his way to make our stay perfect.

Really loved our stay, Marks dad Peter met us, it was late at night, so we appreciate them accommodating to this, very friendly and showed us around our appointment. The views are spectacular off the balcony looking out to the sea. Mark was there every morning, very friendly, helpful and great tips for places to go for first time visiting the island. The only negative I can say, is that from the photos we thought that the rooms and bathroom where seperate, the main room has a sliding door between the kitchen/ single bed space but bathroom was in main bedroom, this was arkward for is as it was me,my wife and father staying but ideal for a couple with one child, overall a great experience and brilliant hosts, thanks Mark and Peter.

An exceptional place to stay at in the humble and authentic village of Makryotika and Matoula was an incredible host who was exceptionally helpful and responsive. The location of this beautifully kept accomodation that had everything you would ever need, is perfect for visiting the delights of the Northern part of the island especially Myrtos, Agia Efimia and Assos and Fiskardo. Equally easy to get to Argostoly and the airport.

As a family of four, we loved our stay in this beautiful house. As soon as walked in we felt right at home. The verandah area is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the decor is tasteful and beautiful and the house is so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Everything worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. It has everything anyone could possibly need in a very convenient location. One of our favourites!

The house was super,the hostess even more!It is in a very nice location outside the village but at the same time close to downtown and the harbour.. There is a nice yard with a kindergarten,fruit trees and very kind pet animals.!The car was literally next to our door.. thank you Panayota for a wonderful break!We will come back to you again!

One of the best and cleanest places we slept in Greece. House really tastefully furnished. It feels like home. Formidable host. A pleasure to stay in such a well-kept home

We relished our stay at Dimitris‘ and Ioannas place enormously. It is romantic and easily the most beautiful old house in Poros. Close by the water one can see and hear the sea constantly. In addition we were made to feel welcome and at home instantly.

Over all, I would highly recommend staying here. There are, however, a few things to be aware of. 1. The walk to the house is up pretty steep set of stairs. This is nothing major, but some may struggle, especially if they’re carrying heavy luggage. 2. The people outside around the house are quite noisy at night. Surprisingly so. We weren’t overly bothered by it, and it did seem to die down on the second night (our first night was a Saturday, so I guess that goes with the territory). 3. The host asks that the hot water breaker be left off until 30 minutes before you want to shower, after which it should be turned off again. This is obviously a bit inconvenient if you’ve been out and about all day and would like to shower then get right to bed. All that being said, this place is 100% worth booking. The setting is fantastic and the host is very nice.

Staying at Vasilis’s accommodation was really nice. It was super clean and comfortable. Vasilis was friendly, flexible and gave us great hospitality. We fell in love with a small kitty in the house, so she made it even nicer. The location was in a quite place, which we preferred. Amazing stay!

Stefanos went above and beyond, he was so helpful and answered all of my questions about getting around the area without transport, offering helpful suggestions, he gave advise on where to go for food & which beaches were accessible. Stephanos organised my return taxi to the port and allowed me to stay at his place while ever I needed to be there. Stefanos was quick with his responses and his mum was very kind & made me feel welcome. His place had everything yoh would need, including a washing machine, which as someone travelling this was a delight. I can honestly say Stefanos helped make my stay in Ithaca home from home & truly memorable 💖

great view, beautiful garden with BBQ, private parking, air-conditioning in all rooms (though we never used them cause it always had a nice breeze). Dionysis was a great host and the place overlooks the bay, and it's 5mins from Argostoli town.

A very cosy place indeed,Manolis and Mum are so nice and kind. I suffer from a bad back ,and I told Manolis that the mattress didn’t suit me: he bought a brand new one, and it was installed within a couple of hours.Amazing response. It was delightful sitting in the pretty garden watching the butterflies fluttering in the bougainvillea. So peaceful . We were invited to pick oranges from the garden: wow what lovely juice they made!! We were invite to pick oranges

the place was very nice with up to date amenities like AC and the 2 outdoor seating areas were lovely. The location was also great for us. We love being close to the airport (no noise from planes at all) and we were within a 10 minute drive to the main town and some beaches. We had a car so it was great but if you plan to stay here definitely have a car but Kefalonia is better by car in general. The place was very clean and spacious. Felt like being at an apartment at home.

Stavros was wonderful. He checked us in smoothly and gave us some useful tips about the island for our stay. Our stay was very pleasant! We will definitely consider to be his guests one more, next time my wife and I will visit Kefalonia.

Rosa’s place lived up to all our expectations and more. Peaceful location surrounded by beautiful nature. The views were stunning from the property and we enjoyed the double balconies to soak in the vistas. Thank you Rosa.
