My husband and I loved our stay here and would definitely return. The host was great and even provided us with a welcome goody pack. Villa, pool and area was perfect. So beautiful. Brilliant info app before arrival telling you about the villa and the local area. Easy to get taxi down to the restaurants and bars.

We had a wonderul stay at this villa. The location is perfect with easy access to Fiskardo and all the lovely coves nearby and the pool was spotless and so refreshing. We really enjoyed the expansive outside space and the host was very responsive. As others have mentioned, the master bed was fairly hard (and we're not normally fussy), but otherwise the villa was so well equipped and had everything we needed. The beach toys they bought for our children, was a very kind touch.

Dimitria's place was indeed a Dream house. We were so relaxed there, it was hard to drag ourselves away to visit the beach or restaurants. Very clean, stylish, remote and peaceful. Stunning views and a clean pool to have a refreshing dip in. Communication from Dimitria and Natalie was really efficient and very friendly. We love Kefalonia and would definitely book to stay again. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. . The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a fabulous week at Villa Kanali. The villa is in a great location in Lourdata, in-between two lovely beaches. We loved the beach going towards kanali in particular with beautiful spots for relaxing and glorious turquoise waters for swimming. The villa has fantastic outside space with the pool a real bonus. Having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal, giving everyone space and privacy, which was great for 2 adults and two 17 year old girls. The location of the villa gives great views of the main beach, whilst feeling very private. We loved Lithero taverna which is next door to the villa, where we ate 3 nights out of the 7. The villa was spotless, and had everything we needed to eat in as well. The hosts were very responsive with clear instructions. Anamaria responded very promptly to queries we had, working with a brilliant local team who were quick to help when needed. Thank you for being great hosts and for the stay in your wonderful villa!

This was a beautiful and luxurious villa in a peaceful location with a breathtaking view. Everything made our vacation feel so special. I cannot fault the pool, the outdoor areas, or the villa itself- it was all excellent. The weather was up and down when we visited but due to our lovely villa, we was still able to relax and have those amazing views from inside. Michel was a friendly host and he was very easy to contact and happy to help with anything you may need. Mr Takis was very friendly and could not do enough for you. I highly recommend this villa, and we will definitely come back.

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

We had such an amazing time at Theano. The setting is stunning, the villa equally stunning! Aggeliki is an extremely responsive host and made us feel very much at home. We will definitely be back to Sami and wouldn't stay anywhere else other than Theano.

Great location - close to airport and island getaways. Nice double bedrooms on two levels and two fully equipped kitchens ( no cutting boards)😊 Bathrooms equipped with cleaning supplies , washing machine powders. A variety of drinks ( waters, juices, beer, wine), breads, teas are waiting in the kitchen Very nice decor and excellent order . Very nice service and organization of arrival and departure by the host . Thank you very much , the property is worth recommending .

We had a fantastic stay. The views are beautiful and the restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Pera Perou staff are friendly and we were presented with a cooked breakfast every morning with eggs, a fruit salad and freshly squeezed orange juice. What a way to start the day! Highly recommended.

The villa is absolutely beautiful. It looks just as it does in the picture with the incredible view and clean, considered interior. But what you can’t see is the beautiful construction. Every detail is perfect. Kothreas is at the top of a mountain but it’s easy enough to drive to the delightful seaside villages of Fiskardo and Assos and the extraordinary beaches in northern Kefalonia. The mountain village is charming and rustic with walnut, fig and pomegranate trees, stone buildingd and surrounding hillside that smells of wild thyme & oregano and where you hear goat bells. Nearby there are authentic and excellent mountain tavernas and larger villages like Maganos. The pool is absolutely lovely. We paid to get it heated which was money well spent as our kids stayed in it for hours. Foula and her team were incredible hosts. So kind, informative and welcoming, and it was amazing having a housekeeper every second day. Thank you so much - we hope to be back! Efcharisto!!

A beautiful home, in a beautiful location, was paradise...the local restaurants were all so welcoming and amazing food, close to many beautiful beaches and sights, you can do nothing or explore for days on this island . Themis was great host, very friendly and helpful when we needed to ask , especially about what to do. Thank you Themis !

We enjoyed staying at athinas place for part of our honeymoon! It was a great location that was close to many beautiful beaches and towns. The house itself is very spacious and updated. We loved the outdoor patio and the beautiful view. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at the villa. It exceeded our expectations and was truly a beautiful place to relax. The view is unmatched with incredible sunsets! The villa has everything that you need, and is in a very private location. William was very helpful and responsive both before our stay, and whilst we were on the island. He was able to provide lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much trouble for him. The villa was easy to find and easy to follow instructions were provided prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future.

Fantastic location, easy to find, 20 minutes from the airport, 6 mins from Argostoli. Beaches all around and within walking distance. Amazing host and very welcoming. This villa is perfect for any getaway.

We had the most incredible 8 nights at this absolutely stunning villa. Dionysios sets the bar very high when it comes to hosting, there was not a single thing that wasn’t thought of, we particularly appreciated the welcome pack of food and drinks as we arrived late on the Saturday night, as well as our mid-stay clean and for being so prompt to meet us with spare keys when we mistakingly took the wrong keys out with us! Thank you again for everything. As for the Villa, it really is just as you see on the pictures if not better, the details of the decor really make you feel you’re in paradise, the pool is a great temperature which we loved and the incredible outdoor space left nothing to be desired with fantastic water features and very comfortable stylish sun loungers. There is a wide range of condiments already stocked and utensils (including a wine cooler!). The location was also fantastic! 1000 characters simply isn’t enough to capture the beauty of our stay, we hope to be back 1 day

Lovely place, very peaceful and private accommodation. 30~ min walk to the nearest beach, Agios Thomas (which was lovely.) Pool was excellent and certainly the highlight. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only notes for future visitors are that: (1) a car is recommended since it’s quite remote, and (2) contact the host before arrival for directions to the accommodation (as google maps led our taxi driver to the wrong entry.) Overall it was excellent!

our group of 9 didn’t want to leave this gorgeous villa. we would absolutely re-book! Zoi’s villa is peaceful and comfortable, convenient and appointed with many luxuries. the pool was the perfect temp for summer weather, our kids played all the games provided (chess, etc). we saw wild horses! the villa is a 3 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk to the Katelios beachfront row of eateries & shops. nightlife is fun & lively. the villa is also surrounded by lush landscape—grape vines, fig trees, pine trees, olive trees, and you can see the Ionian Sea from the villa. Zoi and Nektaria went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. responsiveness rate of 300%. communication was easy, *when* we needed to contact our host, but Zoi anticipated and prepared the house for every guest to have what they needed. we felt as if we were treated as family. Zoi & Nektaria were totally invested in our experience, to make it the best it could be. everything was beautiful.

Wow!! What an incredible holiday we have just had. The villa is just stunning. We came with an 8&10 year old. The pool was perfect, the location was close to the beach, the restaurants and the mini market. The villa itself was immaculate, and the daily maid service was incredible! Views are spectacular, it was very special. Haris was lovely, he met us at the villa and gave us great recommendations as well as booking our taxi transfers. We also hired a car with Easy rental. Recommend restaurants Gefiri and Chefalonia as well as Kefalonia Boat Rental for a perfect private trip. Thank you Haris, we would love to come back.

an amazing place to stay has everything and is central to the island so you can visit every part of the island easily and the owners are amazing definitely go there again ps the pool is salt water which I love

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. Everything was perfect! We particularly loved the heated pool and bbq area. Essentials were supplied in the fridge for our first night which was very helpful and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The villa is cleaned daily and sheets changed every 3 days. Beautiful view from the terrace. Convenient location- a great base for exploring the island. We will definitely be back again!

The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor dining space was great for enjoying meals with a view. The location was peaceful yet close enough to local attractions and beaches, making it easy to explore. Lena was attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this villa for a perfect getaway and would love to return!
