A garden, hot tub, pool & BBQ, you will spend much of your time outside enjoying the sunshine & views of the Pyrenees. Outside, you have the choice to be in the sunny or shady spots. The Mediterranean & Spain are just 30 minutes drive. The pool is available from June to September and is dependent on the weather, it is not heated.

You will benefit from unnumbered private parking at the bottom of the building, as well as easy access to all shops, including hiking trails nearby. The thermal baths are only 50 meters away! The entrance to the building is secured by a Vigik key from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., please do not forget it when leaving.

The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar.
