I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. I would happily stay here again in future and hope to do so. Thank you Antoine, much obliged. Until next time

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Sie ist sehr großzügig und modern ausgestattet. Verschiedene Metro- und Busstationen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Simo ist ein toller zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der uns mit ganz vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt hat. Hat alles super easy geklappt. Tolle Kommunikation! Es handelt sich um ein großes modernes Wohnviertel mit einigen Restaurants und Supermarkt in der direkten Umgebung. Empfehlen können wir „Communale Saint-Ouen“ - eine Art Kulturzentrum mit Food Court in einer Halle mit vielen Ständen verschiedener Länder. Sehr lecker! Tolle Atmosphäre, auch super mit Kindern geeignet. Alles in allem klare Empfehlung!

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un agréable moment chez Maryam! Notre hôte a été très réactive et ce, des la préparation de notre voyage! Le logement était très propre et bien agencé. c’est un havre de paix avec une vue sur les champs et petit plus, le coucher de soleil depuis le transat! le linge de lit et de bain était aussi d’une propreté irréprochable. Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
