If you are looking for the perfect spot to relax by a pool and enjoy amazing sunsets every night, this is your place! We loved it! Flavio gave us great recommendations for wineries in the area and you are very close to Montepulciano which we went twice! Thank you Flavio!

This penthouse in Siena completely stole our hearts! It was so spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed—we truly didn’t want to leave. The views from the windows and terrace were absolutely breathtaking. I honestly think this is the best spot in all of Siena if you’re looking for stunning views of the city and countryside. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, which made a huge difference for us. We were traveling with our two-year-old, and they went out of their way to accommodate his sleep schedule and make our check-in seamless. We’re so grateful for that extra care—it made our stay feel even more special. If you’re heading to Siena, don’t think twice—this place is pure magic.

Wow wow wow. If we could move in here we would. Beautiful space, where you can tell everything has been thought of to make your stay as smooth as possible. Best AC and showers that we have encountered in Europe. The balcony on the Arno though of course truly can’t be beat. We could have enjoyed another week!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Charming stay, room and patio with a view that is unparalleled in beauty and tranquility. Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely to be repeated. The common areas are also extremely well-kept and comfortable.

A fabulous apartment with a super historic. I highly recommend this very modern clean and spacious apartment. What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

We had a great stay at Lorenzo and Francesca's, in a small peaceful village where the locals are friendly. The accommodation is atypical with all the appropriate comforts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Wonderful stay in San Gimignano We felt very comfortable in Aurora's apartment from the first moment. The handover was cordial and uncomplicated. We would like to highlight Giacomo's great recommendations - many of which we were able to implement and thus discovered some real highlights. The apartment itself is very clean, well equipped and is in a top location: In just 5 minutes you are in the middle of the historic center of San Gimignano. Parking was also completely unproblematic - there were plenty of free parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity. We would come back anytime – highly recommended!

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient.
