Both have queen size beds, fully modern bathrooms and kitchens with SS appliances, all with a mix of modern contemporary look. We absolutely loved this spot. Jackson was nice enough to meet us at our car rental place and lead us to the Airbnb where he personally explained everything to us. He was extremely helpful and the room looked just like the photos. It wasn’t close to everything but it wasn’t too far either. Overall, beautiful space!

Thank you Joelly & TJ for sharing your vacation home. The cozy mini apartment has the amenities you would need to make your vacation stay in Aruba soothing and relaxing. Very peaceful surrounding . The backyard garden and pool was a little worn however the beach chairs & coolers came in really handy to use at the beach. The bathroom is decorated very nice and included extra amenities if needed. The bed was so comfortable. The living room is perfect to chill around. The kitchen is fully equipped with your basic needs in case you want to cook. The hosts have good and clear communication skills. Satisfied and recommend.

Villa Mar: Charming 1 BR with Pool

This was our second stay in Aruba and our first at Alto Vista. It is located outside of the Hub of Norde providing a lovely indoor and outdoor sanctuary after a tiring day exploring Aruba. This location requires a car rental, which is our preference. Any concerns we had were responded to efficiently i.e. one of the beach chairs needed replacing and TJ took care of it immediately. Outdoors there are numerous sitting areas and while this area is shared by 4 rentals we enjoyed it immensely for sitting, dining, barbecuing and cooling off in the pool, The surrounding area is a forest of Cacti with diverse animal life including birds, lizards and wild goats. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider a return visit should we be in Aruba again.

Joel was a wonderful and responsive host. The space was in immaculate condition. Very peaceful location. With that said, it is away from most everything, so you would absolutely need a car or a consistent taxi service at this spot. You will also want to stock up on any cooking supplies, toiletries, etc. beforehand as it’s very bare bones.
