Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

L'alloggio recentemente ristrutturato può ospitare fino a 6 persone! LE PARTENZE DEGLI IMPANTI DI SCI SI TROVANO A SOLO 3,5 KM DALLA CASA. 2 ottimi ristoranti e un bar/pasticceria/panetteria molto vicini alla casa possono rendere più piacevole il vostro soggiorno.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. Warm, comfortable apartment, with stunning view of the Matterhorn. Full view from the living-room and, of course, from the balcony. Sleeping 3-4 people, our flat enjoys plenty of natural light. Our flat is located within 10min walking distance from the city center/Sunnegga and 15min walking distance from the main train station called 'Zermatt' (of which 5min uphill). Alternatively, you can take a cab (2min) and then walk uphill (5min).

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

Cozy studio on Cervinia's ski slopes with PANORAMIC VIEW and free wi-fi. It is ideal for two people but it can accommodate up to four thanks to a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. The apartment was completely renovated on summer 2017. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the departure of the Cervinia's Plan Maison Cable Car and about 200 meters from the center of the village.
