ev çok güzel dekore edilmiş, sakin bir köy de ve sessiz bir koy da yer alıyor. evin önünden bile denize girebiliyorsunuz. hemen yanında yine adanın en iyi restorantlarından biri yer alıyor. kesinlikle konaklama için tekrar gelebileceğimiz güzellikte ve özelliklerde bir ev. Ev sahiplerimiz Kostis ve Ioanna da çok sıcak dost canlısı insanlar. Güzel tavsiye verdiler ve ada da zaman daha güzel geçti.

Ηταν πεντακάθαρο όλο το σπίτι , σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και με υπέροχη θέα ! Στο κέντρο είσαι δίπλα και δεν χρειάζεται αμάξι για να το γυρίσεις !

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

Avra mükemmel bi ev sahibi. Daha girdiğimiz anca hoş karşılaması güler yüzü ve her konuda yardımcı olması bizi gerçekten evimizde hissettirdi. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olan herşey var bir tek cezve yoktu onu da söyleseydik kesin karşılardı rahatsız etmek istemedik. Oda 3 kişi için gayet yeterli genişlikte. Konuma zaten söylenecek söz yok balkondan 10 adımla denizdesiniz. Deniz baya sığ. Civarda yürüme mesafesinde market ve restoranlar var. Herşeyden öte Avra dediğim gibi çok tatlı. The decoration was lovely, there is almost always a breeze with the view of the sea. The place had all the amenities. Everything is well thought of. Thanks for our lovely stay

Niko'nun evinde 4 gün konakladık. Niko gerçekten çok dost canlısı, bize her konuda yardımcı oldu, mesajlarımıza çok hızlı cevap verdi. Araba kiralama konusunda yardımcı oldu, onun sayesinde çok ucuza araba kiraladık. Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi ve çok temiz, mutfakta gerekli eşyalar bulunuyor. Havlular ve yatak tertemizdi. Herşey için çok teşekkürler.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place in Chios. The location was perfect, quiet, scenic, and close to the beach and the town. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Maria and Niko were fantastic hosts, welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with local tips. I especially appreciated their hospitality and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Chios!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend in Cesme, was wir sehr schätzten. Wir wurden von Ömer und seiner Mutter herzlich empfangen und hatten eine kurze Führung durch das Haus mit wertvollen Informationen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wunderschön und die Nachbarn sehr lieb. Ömer war immer gut erreichbar und hat unsere Fragen jeweils immer schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, wir haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause. Wir waren mit unserem einjährigen Baby im Haus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns darauf wieder zu kommen.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

So peaceful and such a lovely special place, would highly recommend! You could not ask for a better location, just perfect, right by the beach and you can wake up and go for a swim straightaway. Evin manzarası gerçekten çok güzel, yan tarafta misafir olmadığı için bahçeyi bize özel bir alan gibi kullanabildik. Bahçeden denize girmek bizim için zordu ama oradan manzarayı izlemek bile başlı başına bir harika... Ev merkeze çok yakın ve park sorunu yok. Yemek pişirmediğimiz için mutfak eksikleri ile ilgili bilgi veremiyorum ama iki kişi için ideal görünüyordu. Despoina ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü her sorumuzu cevapladı. Çıkış saatinde esneklik tanıması da çok kibar bir hareketti. Tekrar gidersem aynı yerde kalırım.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Ferdi und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Verschiedene Strände, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar. Mit dem Dolmus sind auch andere Orte (wie Alacati, Cesme Stadt) gut und unkompliziert erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

This apartment is both amazingly located and beautifully appointed. Xanthippi is an amazing host, providing just the right level of being available without being too much. VERY clear instructions for check in and check out, and she provides great guides on the island in a book in the apartment. Will 100% stay again the next time I come to Chios!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα. Ρένα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα παρόλο που αργήσαμε να φτάσουμε. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και έχει όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα. Ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις φωτογραφίες και έχει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται κανείς σε ένα δωμάτιο για ολιγοήμερες διακοπές. Μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι και το συστήνουμε!
