Well-equipped accommodation in a quiet environment. Easy to park.

Maxime is accommodating and his accommodation is spacious and functional. Well located between the hospital and the city center.

Great location. Owner was responsive. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. As building is old there is no elevator , stairs are narrow, be careful. I think house is small for 6 person. One big double bed in bedroom, another single bed in bedroom and one sofa in the living area, sofa is big and could be for 2 person.

great stay as part of a big sporting event. The apartment is great. Very easily accessible. Despite being located in the city center, there is no noise at night. seemingly very functional and very clean.

Had a great visit. I recommend it. Neighborhood close to the city center by bus. I'd come back.

Thank you Severine for a lovely relaxing stay in L’Emeraude and for being such a welcoming host. The studio is very well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s also well placed for visiting St Malo, Dinan and Dinard and is a good location for cycling.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Good safe private parking on site. House close to amenities including tourist office, all within easy walking distance.

Excellent welcome from Franck who was lovely to us! The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos as well as its exterior (garden, barbecue). The bedding is very comfortable and the beds are spacious. I recommend it for a stay with friends or even family. The old and the modern are mixed in a relaxing and pleasant setting where life is good.

We had a pleasant stay. Marie was very welcoming and explained everything to us when we arrived. The house is very nice and the garden is very pretty and soothing! The car is a must.

we were hosted very well by Karine. the accommodation is very well furnished for 4. it's all there. Close to the Emerald Coast and Mont St Michel. clean accommodation. and well provided with dishes and utensils. with starter kit (for kitchen).

Manon is very responsive and available. The accommodation is in a quiet and pleasant setting! Not far from Rennes! Perfect for meeting up with friends and enjoying!

As already said, impeccable accommodation and excellent welcome staff. Recommended

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back
