Lovely studio apartment with good location: very close to the City Center(15 min by foot and 5 min with car) and Lotus 2 Shopping Park (5 min by foot), Lidl Penny (3 min by foot). In the front of the house is a bus station, you can use very easy the common transport to reach every destination in the city.

The ground-floor apartment has a central location and is within walking distance of most significant landmarks. Built in early 1900, the house has a private courtyard and was recently renovated. It is suitable for up to 4 people. Bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Two bikes are available for guest use. Parking is free of charge on the street. I had such a wonderful stay! The place had everything we needed, and the kids absolutely loved spending time outside in the garden with the neighbors. Frédéric was very kind and polite, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—easy to visit the museum and Aqua Park, just 3 minutes away by car, and only about 10-15 minutes to shops. The accommodation was well-equipped for cooking and washing, and there were plenty of helpful leaflets about the area to explore. Overall, I would definitely rate it 5 stars for great value and a comfortable, welcoming environment. Thank you for fantastic stay!

Great accomodation, Alice was very kind and responsive, she even helped us with flexible check-in and parking. The appartment is great, all amenities are there for use, extremely clean and in good condition. The view was great and the neighborhood is very good and close to main points of interest. Cons: building issue the walls in this complex are thin so you might hear your neighbors talking and vice versa. If there are more than 2 persons staying here note that the sofa in the living room is a bit hard but for a 1-2 night sleep is more than enough if you want to use it (bedroom bed is perfect tho nothing to say here) Great deal for price paid, totally recommend this place and we will be back for sure!

We spent a lovely weekend in this apartment! The location is excellent – very close to the city center, but in a quiet area. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen perfectly equipped for breakfast or light dinner. The host was extremely kind, attentive and prompt in communication. We felt like home and will definitely come back the next time we arrive in Oradea. Highly recommend!

The prettiest little house in a garden right in the city! The garden was amazing, the houses were very cute and clean! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful! Totally recommend and would come back again! It was a perfect place for the dog too so he could play in the garden.
