There is a secure parking lot with an entrance into the garden. There are no dues. It has a separate entrance. There is clean asphalt in front of the house. About 200 meters ahead, there is an access to the Iskenderun-Arsuz road. Yalı Beach Club Hotel has a private entrance to the beach. Check-in is free, but food and beverages are subject to a fee. There is a public beach in front of the Diva Turka hotel. There is an A101 store on the side of the road. Thanks to the nearby meat restaurants and bakeries, food is delivered to the house.
