Holiday rentals with a patio in Chacabuco Province

This was my fourth visit to Las Condes, I’ve stayed in the same building each time. These are by far the best hosts I’ve had here! They went above and beyond to help me when needed and were extremely friendly. The shower is great and the water gets very hot. It just takes about 2 minutes to get hot, no problems. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The amenities available in the building are excellent. The area is extremely safe and the private security does an excellent job. I don’t know why two people have said the bed was uncomfortable or cheap… for me the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the pillows were amazing and soft. There is air conditioning if needed which you won’t find everywhere so that’s a unique advantage. The balcony is great for drinking coffee and getting fresh air. There are common areas for relaxation or work and the pool is amazing. A wonderful experience. I 100% recommend it.

Simply spectacular! The stay at Rodrigo's apartment was a top notch experience. The place is spotless, everything is new, modern and of excellent quality. It is full equipped with A/C, washer-dryer inside the apartment, ultra fast internet, Nespresso coffee machine and even free cold beers upon arrival. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and very well connected, ideal for both resting and getting around the city. You can see the dedication in every detail, from the decor to the little gestures of hospitality. Rodrigo was an attentive, professional and always available host. Definitely a 10/10. Would repeat enchanted!

House was very easy to reach and is in a great location with many restaurants and a grocery store very close by which helped when we needed food for a bbq we had. Only complaint was the house was very cold but thankfully there were many heaters left by Joaquin for us to use as well as a stove with fuel which Joaquin offered to get more for us to use if we ran out. Once the house warmed up it was good at staying warm and was very comfortable. Joaquin was also nice to let us know about a power outage due to utility work on the street so we didn’t think something was wrong. Overall a very good experience here.

The house is very nice, super spacious, complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Great for big families. It has central heating which helps a lot to keep the house warm. María José is an excellent androgynous, she was always very attentive to all the details and is very kind. She responds super fast and is very willing to help. He gave us a lot of good recommendations and helped me organize everything. 100% recommended. Unbeatable hospitality. Thank you very much

We made a last minute reservation and yet Camila managed to leave the house clean and organized to welcome us. The house is comfortable and pleasant and for our family TV and comfortable sofas are essential to our movie moment at the end of the day, the house has an excellent infrastructure for that. We really like it!

There were four of us staying in this beautiful, cozy house. This one day passing through was much too short, such a nice place to stay is best rented for longer. Absolutely recommended.

Very nice place for family or large group, we enjoyed a great weekend, spacious and comfortable spaces, super quiet, lots of nature, nice gardens, good pool, well integrated pool table, tennis court, good terrace, very comfortable, I could say that there was no shade in the pool, and loungers Catalina was always available, friendly and attentive to requirements, thank you very much

Impeccable, very nice decor, best location and the host super helpful. The building is old and on the outside it doesn't show what the apartment is that it's newly remodeled and has everything. I recommend it 100%!

Excellent apartment in a prime location. The hostess Claudia is amazing and an exemplary hostess. The level of communication is also excellent and it is very available to guests. The apartment was very clean and everything was organized perfectly. The building has a public laundry for a fee (not included in the accommodation) to organize coins for anyone interested.

A great find! Perfectly located for exploring the city (blocks from a main toll road through Santiago) and for getting up the mountain to ski! Spacious and comfortable - a wonderful spot for a group of friends and/or family coming together. Looking forward to returning in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor patio space and the pool! Hosts were communicative, easily available, and incredibly helpful.

Carolina's apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. We arrived to a very clean apartment, with coffee and tea available. Carolina was very available. Good experience, we would definitely love to come back again.

Check-in was a little confused. They didn't know why I was there. Called Rodrigo and it got sorted instantly, though. After that, everyone waa very friendly. The apartment itself has a great view of the city and surrounding mountains.
