Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chacabuco Province

This was my fourth visit to Las Condes, I’ve stayed in the same building each time. These are by far the best hosts I’ve had here! They went above and beyond to help me when needed and were extremely friendly. The shower is great and the water gets very hot. It just takes about 2 minutes to get hot, no problems. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The amenities available in the building are excellent. The area is extremely safe and the private security does an excellent job. I don’t know why two people have said the bed was uncomfortable or cheap… for me the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the pillows were amazing and soft. There is air conditioning if needed which you won’t find everywhere so that’s a unique advantage. The balcony is great for drinking coffee and getting fresh air. There are common areas for relaxation or work and the pool is amazing. A wonderful experience. I 100% recommend it.

Todo perfecto! El departamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos: nuevo, cómodo, limpio y bien cuidado. Muy buena ubicación y excelente atención del anfitrión. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin dudas, una excelente opción a tener en cuenta para próximas visitas.

Maria’s place was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location for my visit. Enjoyed the balcony and view of the mountains. Would stay again.

¡Simplemente espectacular! La estadía en el departamento de Rodrigo fue una experiencia de primer nivel. El lugar está impecable, todo es nuevo, moderno y de excelente calidad. Está full equipado con aire acondicionado, lavadora-secadora dentro del departamento, internet ultra rápido, cafetera Nespresso y hasta cervezas frías de cortesía al llegar. El barrio es seguro, tranquilo y muy bien conectado, ideal tanto para descansar como para moverse por la ciudad. Se nota la dedicación en cada detalle, desde la decoración hasta los pequeños gestos de hospitalidad. Rodrigo fue un anfitrión atento, profesional y siempre disponible. Sin duda, un 10/10. ¡Repetiría encantado!

Rodrigo was an excellent host, very helpful and quick respond to messages. Water heater wasn't working but Rodrigo fixed quickly and effectively. I highly recommend the place and you literally feel like home. Thank you Rodrigo.

Lugar super limpo e bonito, corresponde às fotos e muito confortável para passar alguns dias em Santiago. Garagem coberta e com portaria 24h. Prédio também tem piscina e área para tomar sol

Estuvimos con familia desde viernes a domingo y lo pasamos espectacular, casa muy cómoda, idéntica a la de las fotos, tenía excelentes instalaciones y muchas sorpresas que pudimos utilizar en zonas de quincho y entretenimiento. Sin duda volvemos

Paula muy amable y atenta en responder. Su casa muy bien equipada, buenos espacios, cómoda, y el entorno muy tranquilo. Disfrutamos especialmente del patio y la piscina, ideal para desconectarse.

La casa fue todo lo que necesitábamos y Francisco es un anfitrión que en todo momento está atento para hacerte sentir cómodo, absolutamente recomendable

House was very easy to reach and is in a great location with many restaurants and a grocery store very close by which helped when we needed food for a bbq we had. Only complaint was the house was very cold but thankfully there were many heaters left by Joaquin for us to use as well as a stove with fuel which Joaquin offered to get more for us to use if we ran out. Once the house warmed up it was good at staying warm and was very comfortable. Joaquin was also nice to let us know about a power outage due to utility work on the street so we didn’t think something was wrong. Overall a very good experience here.

A casa é linda, exatamente como nas fotos, e Alejandro foi muito gentil e educado. Só tivemos dificuldade para aquecer a água durante o banho, mas tenho certeza que ele resolverá isso para os próximos hóspedes.

Casa bem confortável, muito boa localização perto de onde iria trabalhar, vizinhança tranquila dentro do condomínio. Muito bem atendido pelo Marcel , sempre disposto a ajudar

Great host. Goes over and above for the guest and very welcoming. I arrived early and he communicated well and even came back to help me with wifi. All in all i would definitely recommend, as a cheap but safe place near the airport. The sky was beautiful too. Gracias!

Excelente departamento, el anfitrión un 7 muy buena persona y atenta, un lugar muy bonito y excelente ubicación cerca del Parque ciudad empresarial, sin lugar a dudas.. volvería en un futuro.

A great find! Perfectly located for exploring the city (blocks from a main toll road through Santiago) and for getting up the mountain to ski! Spacious and comfortable - a wonderful spot for a group of friends and/or family coming together. Looking forward to returning in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor patio space and the pool! Hosts were communicative, easily available, and incredibly helpful.

Carolina's apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. We arrived to a very clean apartment, with coffee and tea available. Carolina was very available. Good experience, we would definitely love to come back again.

La estadía fue increible,Vitacura es un barrio hermoso y muy seguro tanto de día como la noche,el departamento es ideal para nuestra familia con tres hijas adolescentes,la pileta es muy cómoda con sus respectivas reposteras y los conserjes son muy amables,las vistas del departamento son maravillosas desde el inmenso balcón terraza y desde todos los ambientes del mismo ,tiene tres baños y todos los electrodomésticos más que necesarios para que la estadía sea muy cómoda,todo en perfectas condiciones y Rodrigo es muy atento y dispuesto.Ojalá el año próximo podamos volver y disfrutar como lo hemos hecho este verano.
