In a very quiet area but a few meters from parks, bars, restaurants, museums, etc!

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)

The neighborhood is in the center of Buenos Aires, which makes it attractive to visit different points. There are many Supermarkets and restaurants. A few blocks away is Palermo (Plaza Serrano) and many kinds of transport (Subway, busses and taxy drivers)

The loft has all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay. It has a large window on the street and is very bright. Security is optimal since it is located in a very quiet street of family homes with very little traffic. The apartment is located 200 meters from the Dorrego station on Subte (Metro) Line B and just 300 meters from the Movistar Arena stadium. WARNING: Pass a high-rise train very close to the house.
