We loved the depto, spacious, modern, and had all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Rentu's agents are very friendly and quick to respond, they are attentive to providing good service.

The place is very nice. If you like downtown, this is a great location. It's pretty quiet too.

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

Fer is a super friendly person, responds quickly and solves everything you ask for! We felt very comfortable in the condominium! It's SUPER safe and there's a lot to do. We regret not making more of our stay.

This is a pretty comfortable apartment. Location is very good, I went to 'Shopping del Sol' multiple times on foot (8 minutes walking distance). The people working for the building are extremely nice and helpful. I recommend 100% staying at this place.

About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. Tatiana's apartment is very complete, comfortable and its decoration is beautiful. The complex in which it is located is quiet and safe. It has parking. Very close to the airport and Asunción. Easy to get to. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – amazing value for the price. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and everything worked as expected. The location is ideal – a 15-minute walk to the old town, with a huge supermarket nearby. The lift was quick and reliable, and the security guard downstairs was lovely – he even helped us get SIM cards for our stay. Nicolás, the host, was responsive and proactive, offering useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The only downside was that the showers didn’t drain properly, leaving both bathrooms wet throughout our stay. Not a major issue, but really quite annoying nonetheless! Overall it’s a great base for exploring Asunción. We’d happily stay again.

The best accommodation I've ever found on Airbnb. As a Brazilian, the first time I was outside the country, I thought I would have difficulty with the location and communication. Txema was an amazing host. Despite not speaking Portuguese fluently, he was very efficient in communication, as well as very kind and thorough in all information. Always attentive and helpful, he helped us a lot with all kinds of directions Her apartment is impeccable, very well decorated and pleasant! There's nothing to talk about! It's perfect! Great beds, super hot showers, everything new and very neat! A 10! Anyway, impeccable accommodation! I recommend it to everyone who is interested in visiting Asunción and its surroundings because the location is very strategic, and it is not far from anything.
