Very nice 50 m2 apartment located on the first floor of the Sablon 2 residence. Its main asset is its proximity and stunning views of the beach and Mediterranean Sea. It consists of a living room-kitchen with balcony; a bedroom with loggia; a bathroom, a separate toilet and a parking space inside the residence. Bike garage available to tenants.
