The Summerhouse is a detached stone cottage, situated in a stunning hillside location, set within it's own large private garden. It has a log burner , with logs supplied, for cosy nights by the fire , Netflix on a smart tv , and everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a small country pub The Kings Head within a 5 minute walk. The cottage has the benefit of off road parking on a shared drive. A great base to explore Cirencester , Stroud and many lovely surrounding villages.

The Folly is a detached 19th Century Cotswolds cottage. Newly converted from a farm equipment store, the cottage has an open plan kitchen and sitting room, with TV, Wifi and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a bedroom with vaulted ceiling and ensuite shower room. The Folly is charming, spacious and with underfloor heating and full insulation it is a comfortable and relaxed home from home. We have a 7kW charger with Type2 7-pin plug for charging your Electric Vehicle.

The Stableyard

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Stableyard is the perfect, peaceful place for a couple to unwind and enjoy this fantastic area, which boasts a picturesque canal path and walks a plenty. Not that easy to find. Idyllically situated to enjoy the Cotswolds with everything it has to offer all year round, the Annexe has been furnished to give an abundance of comfort and chill out time. Oakridge connects to France Lynch, Frampton Mansell, Chalford Valley, Sapperton and Cirencester Park. The woodland treehouse is on the edge of ancient woodland in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) overlooking the Toadsmoor valley. The tree cabin has a raised double bed with steps leading to it, a sofa and French doors that help to connect you with nature outside and access an attached shower room with toilet. Outside is a raised veranda with table and chairs, with views out across the valley. It's perfect for watching the sunset while in nature.

It sits in its own terrace/garden in this pretty South Cotswolds village. There are wonderful views, and it's the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. A true home from home, with privacy and seclusion (no owners on site), a great local pub and walks in all directions.
