The studio is only a 10-minute drive to the world-famous Grace Bay Beach and Longbay Beach (kiteboarding beach)! Restaurants and nightlife are also close by. The studio is in a secure, quiet location where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. This studio is ideal for singles, couples, and kiteboarders.

THE GECKO HOUSE / True Island Vibes - Grace Bay

One of very few affordable stand alone houses with a beautiful pool and beautiful gardens! This uniqueness lovely house is perfect for solo travelers and couples and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Grace Bay just a short 8 minute walk (less than a 3 minute ride) to the beach and walking distance to many of the islands attractions, shops, restaurants and activities.

Crescent 3 - Coco (beach 2 min walk)

My place is just a two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Grace Bay beach. Absolutely great spot to walk to many restaurants, bars, casino, grocery store and shopping centre at Salt Mills. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhoods and quiet area. Place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travellers.

Sea La Vie - Beachside Studio Unit #3

Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this private Studio unit with it own private entry and patio, can accommodate up to 2 guests, with a queen size bed. It is located on the ground floor, roughly 15 yards from the pool. No pool view.

The Old Beach House 2 bedroom

We have two Garden apartments downstairs that we renovated. One two bedroom two bathroom, and one 1 bed 1 bathroom. Just a 3 minute walk from a white sandy beach. You can walk to Da Conch shack restaurant along the beach in 5-10 minutes. Off the beaten trail. We live upstairs with our 2 potcakes Buster and Boxer.

Villa Jayla is located on the south side of Providenciales approximately 1 mile from the famous sapadilla and Taylor bay beaches. the Beautiful Villa sits on the south side of the Island over looking the sound where you can go kayaking or chill and look at the beautiful sunset. We now have a paddle board!
