Phaos located in Kyparissia, specifically in the port of Kyparissia. They have an amazing panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the mountains. Each apartment unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and cooker, a flat-screen smart TV in all the rooms and the living room, a private bathroom with shower and a seating area with a sofa, and air codition. Τhe balconies have an awesome view to the port and the mountains and you can admire the sunsets. Is on the first floor and is 90m2.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Απέχει 4 χλμ από τον ποταμό Νέδα, 14 χλμ από τον Ναό του Επικούρειου Απόλλωνα, 27 χλμ από την Ανδρίτσαινα και 23 χλμ από τη Νέα Φιγαλεία (Ζούρτσα).
