Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

The hamlet of Concoeur is 25 minutes from Dijon and Beaune. In the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne vineyard, classified by UNESCO, you will find many activities around Nature, Gastronomy and Wine.
