This cozy little nest is nestled between the Chalonnaise coast and the Beaunoise coast (Santenay, Pulligny, Chassagne, Mercurey, Rully and so many others)

Independent apartment

The 37 m2 independent apartment is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 2 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with oven+microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market at 90 m, the train station at 200 m, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

Nestled in a peaceful wine village, this 55 m² cottage for 4 people has free private parking, a garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Nearby: Beaune (15 km): famous for its cellars and hospices. Santenay (8 km): known for its thermal baths and casino. Chagny (7 km): Sunday morning market. Shops, supermarket and restaurants 5 km away. Cycling routes and hiking trails nearby Access: 20 minutes from the A6 highway (Beaune or Chalon-sur-Saône).

You will find calm and serenity in this home close to nature with outdoor spaces to relax with views of the Dheune Valley. This cottage is located 10 minutes' drive from Santenay-les-Bains, which hosts a spa, an aqua relaxation area and a casino. Tourist and gastronomic region between Saône-et-Loire and Côte-d'Or with many activities including bike hiking on the greenways (at the bottom of the village). We are 15 minutes from Beaune.

We offer our haven of peace in the heart of Burgundy in Saint Mard de Vaux, 25 minutes from Chalon and 30 minutes from Beaune. Quiet and relaxing accommodation in an old barn that we have fully restored. Guests can enjoy the hiking trails that pass at the foot of the accommodation. For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.
